Stayed Jul 18, 2024This is quaintly described as a cottage on a hill but it was actually a very large villa in lovely grounds, with the most fantastic big pool with a glorious view, close to Pesaro and the motorway network, yet felt wonderfully remote! Lots of room for 10 (we were 6) and very secure and private with excellent air conditioning.

Stayed Aug 25, 2023The house perfectly reflects the announcement and photos on the website and we had a great time. The rooms are all spacious, bright and fresh. The decor is pretty and the beds are super comfortable. The 3 bathrooms are large and spotlessly clean and the kitchen is perfectly functional with everything, really everything! The outdoor areas are well-kept and the swimming pool is very pleasant. The house offers complete privacy but everything can be found within a 10-15 minute drive: shops, bars, restaurants etc. There is plenty to do in the area for all tastes: hiking, visits to historic towns (Urbino for example is half a hour away) and to the beach takes 10 minutes. I repeat: what you see in the photos is exactly what you will find when you arrive.
