You can’t beat Sharon and Mike’s beautiful villa for its stunning beach front location on Treasure Cay. This was our second time here and it was even better than we remembered - enjoying sunrises and sunsets from the covered terrace was just magical. The inside is impeccable with all the facilities you need for a truely relaxing and memorable vacation. We will be back very soon.

This place is paradise. The view never gets old. It is stocked with everything you need.

This is our “go to” house for putting up friends. Its location on the beach and next to the pool in a friendly neighborhood is unmatched. The home is new and clean and has an amazing view of the 3.5 mile Treasure Cay Beach from the porch.

Attractive and well designed villa situated right on the beach. Comfortable and capacious with an open layout and a highly functional and modern kitchen. Hosts were very accessible and helpful. Overall a lovely stay.

This is the best rental I’ve ever stayed at—far exceeding the photos. The home has everything you could need and more. Sharon and Mike were incredibly responsive, going above and beyond. The beach villa community is amazing, safe, and welcoming, with unbeatable views.

This home was so well-equipped, we were astounded. The views from the balcony were mesmerizing. The sugar sand on the beach was a balm for our soles as well as our souls. The gentle lapping of the waves on the shore raised relaxation to a new level. The owner was very helpful when we had questions, and she even summoned the property manager when I accidentally turned the wrong lock and locked us out!When the rest of the neighborhood was without power for most of a day, our generator kicked right in.We enjoy meals at The Pavilion at Bahama Beach Club and at Sunset Pizza, which is open-air.I can recommend this property without reservation.I would suggest that renters arrange for a rental car for trips back and forth to the airport, as well as for trips to catch ferries to Green Turtle Cay and to Hope Town, since cabs are so expensive. Golf carts, however, were sufficient for trips within the neighborhood and for accessing restaurants, the convenience store, and the medical clinic. The library/church building is right across the street from the Beach Villas complex, within easy walking distance.

The villa is as described. The views are amazing. The pictures don't do it justice. We took day trips to Manjack, Green Turtle, NoName, Great Guana and Elbow Cays. While all of the aforementioned do indeed have beautiful beaches and water, Treasure Cay is hands down the best. Sharon was a great resource to give our family ideas on places to visit and things to do. The property manager was so kind and attentive. Top shelf people EVERYWHERE in the Abacos. We stayed for 10 days and didn't want to come home. We will be back.

We have stayed several times before at this property. It is well equipped and perfectly situated. Owners and property manager are very responsive and pleasant!

We are longtime visitors to treasure cay but this was our first time staying in this villa and we hope to make it a recurring destination!! Sharon was very accessible, responsive and helpful leading up to and during our stay. The villa is beautifully designed and decorated and was wonderfully comfortable. The ocean front location and beautiful views are breathtaking. We did a little bit of island hopping but also enjoyed several peaceful days just relaxing in and around our villa oasis. It was a perfect escape for our family of 4 and we are already eager to return!

Everything was as per the description and so much more … We loved our stay, the location, the views, the villa - everything was just wonderful. The villa itself is so well equipped and had everything we needed. Infact we loved it so much that we dined at ‘home’ every night! It was a real bonus that Sharon was so helpful and communicative, as this helped us totally relax into our holiday. We can’t wait to return :) :)

I cannot recommend this property more highly! Not only was it steps from the beach, (which is one of the top beaches in the world), it was the perfect size for two couple (or if you were a family of four). It was beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could want or need. The best aspect, though, was the communication with the owner. She was very available when needed and checked in with me a couple of times to make sure everything was going ok. If we return to Treasure Cay, we will definitely stay here again.
