New Amazing Villa on water in charming Captiva

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The furniture and beds were cozy, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the overall space was thoughtfully maintained. The location was also convenient, making it easy to enjoy nearby restaurants. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a stress-free, comfortable, and clean vacation rental!

We had a wonderful weeklong stay at the villa! It had everything you could need, right down to a lint roller. The villa was very clean when we arrived, and the bedding and bath linens were all fresh and comfortable. It’s in a great location - tenish minute walk to the restaurants and general store, five or so minutes to the beach. John was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again! We didn’t use the pool (we’re beach people), but it is right outside of the villa.

The kitchen had everything we needed. I didn’t see a tea kettle listed, so I inquired and one was there when we checked in. Very appreciated! The beach items and bikes were great. It was a great spot for a relaxing vacation.

Every thing about this Villa was excellent. The owners have done a great job remodeling. The location is great. The bikes and beach equipment were a great resource. The beach is a mere 5 min walk and Captiva dining locations 10 min. The pool was very clean and so were the outdoor grills.

Beautiful condo in a great location. There was a short walk to the beach. A little longer walk to restaurants, but still not far. Everything we needed was included...fully equipped kitchen, bikes, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and even a wagon to cart everything to the beach. Great communication with the host. We would definitely stay here again.

The host was very welcoming, the villa was immaculately clean, beautifully designed, and more than well-stocked. We travel quite a bit, and this is by far one of our favorites.

Host was nice… All the appliances looked new. The place was in excellent condition.

The entire stay was super comfortable. The host was attentive to every detail and provided everything a person needs - and more - to have an enjoyable stay. The photos online are really good, but the place is even nicer in-person. The screened-in patio in the back was larger than I thought, plus it had a nice TV in it, too. While it would have been great if the mangrove trees were a little shorter to allow more of a bay view, it was still way more beautiful than I have here in Youngstown, Ohio. LOL I saw a manatee at the marina next door, which was a pleasant surprise. And there are so many walkable and bikeable places to go, plus the beach access is real close, too. An all around beautiful place to be and luxurious condo to call home for a spell.
