New! 4-bedroom/Pool/Jacuzzi/ PGA Top Golf Course

Hot tub was warm enough but had to buy shock chemical to clear it up. Pool was fun for kids even though it was small but the heater quit working the last few days and water was too cold to enjoy.

Great house, neighborhood is very quiet. Communication was perfect, quick responses. We had a change of plans and in the area a day early, luckily the property was empty and quickly responded allowing us to add an extra night and check in early. Allows pets, but does NOT smell like pets at all! The pool is beautiful! Small issue with the hot tub, but the issue was fixed immediately. Definitely would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay! Shaun was quick to make sure everything was running smoothly and to check in during the stay! My only thing if I could add a small note is to make sure the cleaning crew looks for dust in some of the less common places such as closets and vents as well as putting in some kitchen towels and more hot pads!!

Shaun was fantastic. The place was perfect for our needs. I will definitely rent this place again. My kids and friends loved it as well as myself. Plenty of room and fun stuff to do. Thank you again for allowing to stay. Close to everything. We will be back.

Shaun was amazing to communicate with! Super responsive! The house was great! My group and I loved staying there! Between the game room and pool/hot tub we had a fantastic mix of fun and relaxation which was perfect after a long day of work.

Beautiful, safe community. Enjoyed walking every day. Although the temps in January (stayed 25 days) were a little cool, we could use the heated pool every day. Shaun was a great host. He checked in with us several times during our stay. We even got to meet him and his son!Only 4 stars on check-in process is actually a VRBO problem. They only allow you to access your VRBO email through certain devices. We were unable to get our check-in code while we were enroute. Again - a VRBO problem - not a host problem.Would definitely stay there again.

Nice place

The house was great! Location was pretty good, lots of places to eat. And you literally drive by Wal-Mart on your way to the house. Very convenient. Pool and hottub was nice. Really quiet neighborhood.

This 4 bedroom house is beautiful and in a very nice & gated community! Shaun (the owner) was easy to communicate with and answered all my texts. We would definitely stay here again next time visiting this area.

I came to Haines City for a quick weekend racing the Florida Half Ironman. This house was in a great location close to everything. The hot tub was great!

The host was very responsive, but the actual property need an investment in cleanliness and amenities. We are a group that cook most of our meals, the kitchen was poorly equipped and the kitchen range was working “partially” to say the least. Very hard to cook, when the range stop after 5-8 minutes or when the oven never reach the desire temperature. The house is set for at least 8 persons but there is only 1 table for 4 person (we had an another group in another villa) that were joining us for supper…so a bit cramp. The heating of the pool was not provided even if we have for it (the temp was below 80) One member slept in the living room, the bed in the room upstair create him back pain. We love the SD Golf club, but the villas in the resort are getting less and less attractive, we have been to the SDGC 8 times in the last 4 years,

This house was perfect for our stay

We stayed at the house for 2 weeks while attending a baseball academy. The neighborhood is safe and friendly, grocery stores and dining are very close, and the golf course and clubhouse are great. We only had 3 people, but this house could accommodate more, we never used the two bedrooms and bath upstairs. The house is as shown and provided a relaxing place to hang out. The pool and hot tub are clean and the game room is a nice place to hang out. Would definitely recommend this house!

The house was exactly what were wanted. We had the pool to cool off in, the game room to occupy the kiddos and easy to get to. The gated community didn’t cause any headaches and things went well! Thank you!

We had a lovely time at Shaun’s place. It felt like home. Very close to main highways and stores.
