NEW- 3bd, 2.5 bath w/ Game room lounge, Hot tub, pool, fire pit, and more

It’s a fun little space.

Very clean and nicely decorated. Kids Loved the pool table, air hockey and hot tub. Pickle ball court onbthe property is a bonus! Beds were very comfortable as well!

Hot tub could have been hotter. This place is fabulous and has comfortable beds. Fees were almost as much as the actually rental costs, however.

The place is new and well cared for. Lots to do including the hot tub, game room, pickleball and pool. With the bed in the upstairs landing you can fit a lot of people here. We would definitely stay here again.

Super comfortable and nice place

We had a quick little getaway over the weekend and absolutely loved it! The three-bedroom setup was super roomy and perfect for our family. The kids especially loved the foosball table and all the games in the garage — such a fun bonus! Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay it was beautiful and we loved that everything was labeled. Made it so nice to put things away and know what went where. The hosts had quick responses and checked in to see if we needed anything more.

We were really impressed with the amenities that were included, the cleanliness, and the hot tub. The game room was also fun. We will definitely be using this place again.

We love this location. Very close to St. George downtown, Snow Canyon, and the Dino Tracks. Closer to the Sand Hollow Reservoir. We would definitely stay here again! 5 STARS!

Great stay! Clean, as advertised.

This property was excellent! The game room was great, the kids and adults love it. Had a great time enjoying the awesome jacuzzi and fire pit. The house was spotless, the beds were so comfy. Had a super cute coffee bar and included free snacks. Made for kids, down to having toddler spoons. Will definitely be back!

House was great! Check-inout process was very easy. Everything was as advertised and close to anything in St George and Santa Clara. Would book again.

It was a beautiful property and I would definitely stay here again

Size of the house was nice, amenities were good. There was a half full, bent up plastic water bottle on the top bunk bed in one of the rooms, which made me think they didn’t change the sheets on that bed before we checked in. Pickle ball courts were fun, the private hot tub was also nice to have. House could use a colander and box of Kleenex but otherwise nothing to complain about.

It’s a nice place and area. Told the day we got there the dryer didn’t work so we had to buy a few more clothes to make it for the week. Then dryer was delivered morning we were leaving so that was a little bit of a hassle. Lots of stairs to bedrooms. We were ok with it but my mom would not have been able to.

Enjoyed this place very much!

Giving this 3 stars because the water in the hot tub was filthy and we ended up getting a red rash on our bodies. If we hadn’t gotten there at night when it was dark outside, we never would’ve sat in the hot tub because we would’ve been able to see just how dirty the water was. It was a cute place and we loved the air hockey and pool table. Just wish the hot tub was clean.

This is a great little 3 BR condo! Has all the amenities, feels clean and feels very new. Good communication from the property manager - we had a small problem with one of the appliances in the unit, and they jumped right on it for us and got things worked out. Would definitely rent this place again if we come back!

The house was great! It was really tidy. We stayed here for a softball tournmanet and it was right between all the field we played at.

Wish we could have stayed longer. Master bed was soooo comfy!

This property was very easy to access, had everything we needed was clean and had very nice extra touches. It was hot so we didn't use the outside amenities, the neighborhood was quiet and there were horses behind the house. It was a very nice stay.
