This house is about less than two mile to the Disneyland Park. You can still take OCTA bus 83 (its terminal is located on the Ball Rd, about one block away) to Disneyland Park.

Other Things to Note:

**House Rules:**

- Quiet Hours: 10 p.m. to 9 a.m., enforced by the City of Anaheim

- Prior to Check-in: Guests must provide additional information and photo ID for identification verification purposes

- NO SMOKING: Inside the home and game room, including tobacco, vaping, marijuana, or other drugs

- Maximum Occupancy: Initial daily price is for 12 people, with an additional guest fee of $30/guest/night, maximum 13 people permitted

- Additional Visitors: Not allowed unless approved by the host

- Minimum Booking Age: 21 years old

- Minimum Stay: 3 nights

- Booking Requests: We reserve the right to decline requests leaving a 2-night gap on the calendar



**Pool & Spa Heating:**

- Optional Pool Heating Fee:

- Winter months (Nov-Feb): No pool heating for the winter season

- Warm months (Oct, March, April, May): $100 for the first day, $40 per additional day

- Summer months (Jun - Sept): $60 for the first day, $30 per additional day.

- Spa heating: $10 per hour after 2 hour complimentary per day

- Note: Pool heat costs are subject to change, and it's strongly recommended to use only the spa in winter months for energy conservation



**Liability**

- Homeowners' Responsibility: Not liable for accidents, injuries, or illness on the premises

- Guests' Responsibility: Assume risk for any harm arising from their use of the premises or inviting others to use the premise



**Security Measures:**

-We received notifications from exterior cameras 24/7. We have zero tolerance policy regarding unauthorized parties, illegal behaviors and allowing unregistered guests into our properties. The cameras are on front yard, back yard and side yard. We have access to recorded footage at all the time.

- Noise Monitoring: Devices installed at the front door and backyard to monitor noise levels and alert property managers if decibel levels exceed normal limits.

    The pool and hot tub were dirty, even after the pool cleaning on Tuesday. The storage areas (pool toys, game room) were dirty and cluttered. The outside garbage on day one was overflowing and had maggots crawling in and out of it. On our second morning, there was a delivery early (at 7:30 am) from Home Depot. We were asked to facilitate the delivery and move our vehicle from the parking area. Each day there were construction workers in the yard and parked in the driveway. Multiple days we had yard care workers during peak pool hours which included trimming palm trees onto the lawn while we were trying to enjoy the outdoors. If construction and tree trimming needs to be done, days should be blocked out so guests aren’t inconvenienced. We paid over 6500 dollars for 5 nights with significant host fees.

    The house was more than we expected. As we arrived, we were welcomed by friendly neighbors and a serene environment. The living accommodations were readily available for a family of 12. The kitchen included appliances, silverware, and plenty of pots for cooking family meals. Within walking distance, we were able to enjoy the nearby park with plenty of activities for small or older children. We look forward to visiting again, soon.

    We were very impressed with this Tropical Paradise, even though we stayed in the winter. There was enough space for everyone and the beds were comfy and cozy. We were gone all day at Disney parks, but the hot tub was a great way to relax when we got back. Close to food and shopping and minutes from Disney. Communication with host was easy and response time was good. A great weekend overall!

    The property is beautiful and spacious for a big group we enjoyed our stay. It would be nice to see in the description that there are fans in some of the closets we did not notice them until after we were ready to leave. it does get a little warm in the rooms. As we were a group of ladies, we were a little uncomfortable.The neighbor sits outside constantly, just staring. Other then that.. It was a wonderful stay whwould come in and out.

    Truly the best Property management we have ever experienced ( and we have rented for many years and many homes!)!!!! Yan immediately responded to every question before our trip, during and upon checking out. Upon arrival, found that a high chair was not on premise as indicated - Yan had a new one delivered within hours! The home was clean and was exactly as described. This was a family trip to take our 6 grandchildren to Disney and Legoland(23months to 8 in age) along with their parents(in all 6 adults). It was the perfect lay out for our needs; plenty of privacy, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, and lots of entertainment/lounging areas for all. The pool area was large and beautiful. There was a beautiful park we were able to walk to with the children in the neighborhood. They loved playing there. Getting to Disneyland was very easy within 10 minutes and you were parked & walking into Disneyland. To and from John Wayne Airport in traffic 30/40 minutes - without 20. Grocery store less than 10 min along with other stores might need. Pictures and descriptions are all correct. We highly recommend this home for any Disneyland trip! I have never written this much but I feel strongly it is well deserved!

    Our family stayed at the property for 3 nights during a quick SoCal visit. The layout of the house was perfect in providing separate sleeping areas for the children and adults while also having plenty of common shared space in which to visit and relax. Check-in and check-out were both quick and convenient as was communication with the property owners. The property was everything we were looking for and needed. Hopefully our next stay will be longer!
