Near Disney 6BR Villa | Huge 40ft Screened Pool Deck | No Front & Rear Neighbors

Very spacious rental. The kitchen area was top-notch; plenty of counter space for prepping meals. The pool area is bigger than most rentals and very well-maintained.

This villa is amazing! It's extremely clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The pool area is top-notch for relaxing and enjoying the day. I booked this because my daughter was playing in a softball tournament nearby. I asked the host if there was a folding chair I could bring to the games. There wasn't but he went out of his way and ordered a chair for me that was waiting when I arrived! How accommodating is that? I can't say enough about the property and host. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area. Don't hesitate to book this villa...you won't be disappointed!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was factastic and the hosts were extremely responsive and were able to help with anything we needed. We really enjoyed the privacy of having our own pool and that each room had its own restroom. We will definitely be returning!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully appointed villa, which truly has everything you could possibly need. The whole place was spotless and extremely comfortable — from the beds and indoor furnishings to the high‑quality poolside furniture.During our visit we experienced a mix of warm days and cooler spells, and the villa handled it all perfectly. It felt cosy when the temperature dipped and pleasantly cool when the Florida heat returned.The pool area is a real highlight. The generously sized pool deck gives everyone plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the fantastic outdoor furniture. My favourite spot was the comfortable orange rattan sofa — the perfect place to sit with a coffee, read a book, and listen to the birds.The pool and spa were beautifully warm, which made such a diference on the chillier days and meant we could enjoy swimming both day and night.Visited some amazing local attractions including Celebrations, Disney Springs, Winter Park and Universal Studios, all with great places to eat. Headed to Clearwater on the coast which was a 2 hour drive. Stunning beaches and got to take a speed boat (The Sea Screamer) where we were followed by pods of dolphins, fantastic experience. Nichola and Richard where the perfect hosts, a phone call away if I needed any information. Would love to return one day and will definitely be recommending the villa to friends!!

everything about this villa from start to finish is amazing,the host even put a Christmas tree up for us.The house is in a great location,the space inside is fantastic the rooms are so spacious clean comfy.Once you enter this property you say WOW,and believe me thats the effect the house gives you.The pool @ Jacuzzie are hot and kept in perfect condition.May i take time also the thank the owners for keeping this house in great shape and this also includes all the cleaners pool man everybody.GREAT STAY

Huge house with everything you could possibly wish for. Spotlessly clean.Great location on Watersong. Not overlooked from either the front or back. Short distance from all the parks & malls. Our hosts were amazing. Kept us updated & sent clear instructions re check in & departure. We have stayed in several differant houses… Florida Delight is on of our favourites!

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Richard’s villa. It was everything we hoped for and more, great facilities and extremely clean. The hosts were very responsive and friendly, even calling us on the first day to make sure we had everything we needed. The local stew was safe and it was easy to get anywhere. We were really sad to leave and will definitely come here again.

This is the second time for us at this property, and definitely not the last! The house is clean, well equipped with everything you need. When it says sleeps 12, it also sits 12 for family dinners, more than enough towels and sheets. The owner, Richard, was easy to reach, easy to communicate with and such a delight. We are always planning another trip to this beautiful 6 bedroom, 5.5 bath house! You can not go wrong with the pool either!!! Just fantastic!!

This is a beautiful house in a beautiful gated community. It had everything we needed and more! The host was very polite and helpful. We could't have asked for better communication. The game room and pool were perfect for my 4 boys. The spa/pool heat was the best of any place we've ever stayed before. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone needing a place near Disney/Universal, or even the beach. We loved it and were sad to leave.

We couldn’t have possibly had a more perfect vacation. Our sons and their spouses and our grandchildren came to spend a week with us. We’re celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and this home was a great fit for everyone. Spacious, very clean and a great pool and outdoor space.The owner was great and responded quickly when we had a question. We thank him for such a lovely vacation spot. Jane and Terry

The house is beautiful and had a lot to offer our family. Everyone was pleased with having their own bedroom/bathroom area. The pool and hot tub were very much enjoyed throughout our stay. We had a minor issue with gaining access to the home when we arrived that was resolved with a phone call. There were a few things that I felt could be improved upon. We did note the bathroom trashcans had multiple rust spots on the outside of the can that was visible and the kitchen pans could stand an upgrade. Other than that, the house was very welcoming and was a good fit for our family for the week. We would definitely stay here again should we visit Florida in the future.

Our wonderful stay began when we opened the front door. Everything was so roomy and beautifully decorated. We went upstairs to find the bedrooms also decorated just as you’d expect a Florida Villa to be; nice vibrant colors. We had our children and grandchildren with us so with all the bedrooms it accommodated our family. The main attraction for everyone wasn’t Mickey, It was having that pool and spa to go into everyday. After going to the parks, no matter how tired we were, we took a dip. We only had one issue and it was handled that day. Kudos to Richard’s management team for getting that problem fixed! There is a good assortment of games and books for reading. The first night we were greeted to the call of coyotes, we spotted a hawk who eventually landed on a branch by the pool but the best thing was seeing a pair of cranes walk right past the pool. Thank you Richard for a wonderful stay!
