Our villas are purpose built to accommodate guests to the Beautiful Clare Valley. Set on our 160 acre property split with livestock, 35 acres of vineyards and luxury accommodation. Stayed Jan 6, 2023Awesome property. Each villa is well separated and the outlook from the property is lovely. Modern 5 star accomodation. We rode the Reisling trail on e-bikes while visiting and this was a highlight of our 2 week vacation in SA. Good restaurants in Clare. Overall a fantastic stop on our trip.

Stayed Jun 13, 2020A lovely stay in a gorgeous villa, situated on a picturesque hillside in Clare. Close to all the wineries, township of Clare and a flock of sheep in the paddock opposite! Highly recommended for a relaxing weekend in the Clare Valley.

Stayed Sep 5, 2019Situated on a hill overlooking green fields with frolicking baby lambs, and grapevines to the side, the location of Neagles Retreat is both idyllic and close to wineries. Our Villa (1) was beautiful. With 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the main with a large bath, it was ideal for two couples or a family. Both bedrooms and the living area took advantage of the delightful view with picture windows. The attractive living area was large and comfortably furnished and opened onto an enormous, covered deck with a barbecue. A gas log fire, in addition to air conditioning, added warmth and ambience to cold evenings. I would thoroughly recommend Neagles Retreat when visiting the Clare wineries.
