Nea Villa, for 11 people, swimming pool, panoramic terrace, 70 mt from the beach

We had an incredible 4 weeks in this property with friends and family, including babies and children. The location and view are just amazing. The owner was incredibly helpful and arrange periodic cleaning and fresh linens. I can highly recommend it and would love to return. The views from the roof terrace are stunning and the beach is incredibly child friendly and stunning blue.

Absolutely fabulous villa for our family of 11. Amazing sea view and pool. Walking distance to beach with great snorkelling. We used the hotel next door for coffee and pizza also. Carlo could not have been a more accommodating host. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he was so helpful. A five star villa!

We spent two weeks in Carlo's villa and enjoyed it very much. The sea view from the pool terrace and the roof terrace is magnificent. The house is very spacious, nicely decorated and provided enough space for all of us (4 adults and 5 kids). The kitchen is clean and well equipped. The beach is only a two minutes walk from the back garden door.Last but not least, Carlo was a very friendly and attentive host who provided us with information about local must-sees and good places to go out for dining.

We could not have asked for a more perfect setting for 11 friends to get together and enjoy Sardinia. Communicating with Carlo in the lead up to the trip was easy and enjoyable, he was very responsive and made our arrival perfectly smooth. The villa itself is spectacular - of course you can see how beautiful the outside is from the pictures but the inside is amazing too, full of character and incredibly comfortable for 11 of us. Carlo made sure we had all the information we needed throughout. The property is exceptionally close to the beach, even walked down with out my shoes. The beach is not crowded, very laid back and there is tons more to explore on the island. I would love to come back to this place, I will be dreaming of it in the cold winter months! You can see how much love and attention Carlo has put into the property, and ensuring his guests have an amazing time.

We stayed at Carlos villa and had a wonderful time. The villa itself is beautiful and the pool is fantastic. We loved the roof terrace and sat there every night to watch the sun set. S’aint Antioco is a very quiet place to visit especially if you like a beach holiday. We had a lovely meal at the hotel next door. Carlo is very hepfull, and sorted a small issue we had with a door as soon as we reported it. My family loved our stay and cannot fault it. An easy recommend

Lovely, spacious villa with beautiful outdoor areas and splendid sea views. Overall very happy with the villa, however some of our party felt their bed was not comfortable. Initially the WiFi didn’t work but the host had the modem replaced on day 3. Also one of the showers didn’t work properly and their was no UK channels on the TV.

Our family group of six adults spent an extremely happy week in the villa. Carlo is an incredibly helpful and friendly host who answered any question or concern we had before our arrival and is more than happy to deal with any query during your stay. On arrival we were delighted to meet Carlo who gave us a very warm welcome and then explained all the practical details for our stay. We enjoyed his tour around the villa and garden and were delighted with both. It really is a beautiful place with stunning views. Everything is so clean and well set out. The kitchen is very well equipped with a lovely long table and another long table outside on the patio. Towels and bed linen are in their own sealed bags ready for use once you have decided on who has which room, which is tricky with such a lovely choice! There is air conditioning in the bedrooms. We found the beds to be extremely comfortable and well sized. The washing machine came in very handy although we hadn't thought we would use it! The rooftop seating area is fab and we spent very happy evenings up there. The palm trees, shrubs and flowers are not only gorgeous but well tended.There is a hot shower at the bottom of the garden to wash sand from the beach. The beach is very close with a cafe/bar, where sunbeds can be rented for 6 euros, and a pizza restaurant with a good upstairs sea view. The sea is shallow and is great for a swim. The nearby hotel nearby does a very nice evening meal. Thank you Carlo for a great holiday.

It was a spacious house with everthing you need. Carlo helped us in every situation, even when we had to go to a doctor. The pool, the rooms, the garden were fine. Thank you!

We spent one week of relaxing and fun with our family in the amazing villa of Carlo. The ambient and the view was unbelivable. To spend time in the pool and in the close sea help us to relax. All the things that has been described in the homepage are 100% fullfilled. Thanks for a very warm welcome and the permanet support on all our questions regarding rental boat, restaurant etc. This is a place which I can reccomend with best conscience to everybody who wants to enjoy Italy, Sardinia and the original landscape pared with luxury hosting.

The villa was perfect for our family holiday with ages from 9-70! The house, location and particularly the outdoor area and pool were all wonderful. Carlos the host was amazing at making us feel welcome and helping us with anything we needed and giving us great advise and tips. The villa is a few minutes walk from the beach with many more a short drive away. The local town is also lovely. A wonderful time was had by all, highly recommended and we hope to return!
