This spectacular home can accommodate up to 24 guests with nine master suites and two kids bedroom all with ensuite bathrooms. As you walk in you will be greeted by the beautiful foyer area and two master suites with king-size beds, and ensuite bathrooms. Walk towards the spacious and open living area where you can find comfortable seating and enjoy watching your favorite movies with the family. You can also play your favorite selection of music throughout the day inside and outdoors with the SONOS system. Prepare delicious meals in the gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, oversized refrigerator/freezer, and marble countertops. Enjoy all your meals at the large dining table that can seat up to 18 guests. There is also a breakfast bar that can seat up to 6 guests. The main master suite features a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and access to the pool area. On this floor, you can also find a basketball half court, half bathroom, and laundry room.

As you walk up to the second floor, you can find the fun zone and the rest of the bedrooms. There are three master suites with king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms. The kids will have their own theme bedrooms and a secret kids' zone. The Harry Potter theme bedroom features custom twin over twin bunk beds and ensuite bathroom. The Princess theme bedroom features custom full over full bunk bed and ensuite bathroom. The kids' bedroom has access to the secret kids' zone room where they can spend most of their time with the PacMan Arcade Party machine, Big Buck HD hunting arcade machine, Nintendo Wii U, PlayStation 4, Xbox One. There is also a half bathroom and laundry room located on the second floor.

Have some fun in the games room located on the second floor. Everyone in your party can enjoy Air Hockey table, Batman Racing arcade machine, Skee-Ball, and access to the balcony with a Foosball table, retractable screen, and beautiful views of the pool and conservation area. Need to kick your feet up and relax In the theater room, you can enjoy the plush leather recliners that can seat 13 guests, a 110-inch projection screen, and 1080p projector. The loft area on the second floor you can find a wet bar with sink, wine cooler/fridge, and microwave.

This villa has more to offer on the third floor. You can find three master suites with king-size beds and ensuite bathroom. There is an entertainment area which features 60-inch LED TV, PlayStation 4, leather furniture, and access to the balcony.

Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed occupancy. Only Guests' whose names are on the Rental Agreement are authorized to stay in the home. • Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
