Measuring 2,800 square feet, our Cabo San Lucas villa rental features three spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, a dining room, a living room with a fireplace, a full kitchen with appliances, a spacious TV room with flat-screen TVs, an additional half bath for guests, and a laundry room. The Montecristo Estate Villas have truly hit all the marks when it comes to luxury! My family of five would surely categorize me as High Maintenance, in all regards, and there is nothing I don't love about Montecristo. IT IS my Absolute Favorite place to stay on Sunset Beach in Cabo!
With three kids in Elementary, Middle and High school, we have explored many options in Cabo and throughout the Pueblo Bonito Resorts. The Villas have been our favorite place and never fallen short of meeting the needs of everyone in the family.
You can enjoy your own private Villa with a full kitchen but also have the luxury and amenities close by of Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Resort and Pacifica Spa Resort. It is a short golf cart ride or walk down the hill, my kids and I walk both. The options are endless and sure to meet everyone's needs. Montecristo Estate Villas are a special place in themselves.

My favorite part of the Montecristo Villa (as the mom) is first and foremost walking two steps outside my room and enjoying the breathtaking 270 degree ocean views while swimming in the private heated infinity pool or oversized 5-person hydro-massage spa. I love all the finishes with marble floors and baths, granite counter tops, stainless appliances thoughtful and beautiful furnishings. Optional private chef & optional in-residence massage! The washer and dryer, large laundry room is definitely a plus. More importantly your stay will include twice daily maid service so you can take advantage of the 16,000 square foot European spa & fitness center, plus a smaller workout room & spa at the Montecristo clubhouse. I have peace of mind knowing we can relax in Montecristo Estates private, gated community.
Over the years each member of the family has something they look forward to during their stay. The kids love that they get the entire downstairs, with a separate living room, couch and television. Private bedrooms with televisions, full bath with jetted tubs. They love the private swimming pool. They love the independence to walk or take a free 24-hour golf cart that will chauffeur them around to the other resorts. Pueblo Bonito Sunset beach resort just down the hill is there favorite. It's close and has a very busy main pool they frequent, with volleyball on the beach, and always some type of complimentary art project around the pool. Just a fun vibe for kids and families. My youngest and teenagers love to visit the vibrant Marketplace restaurant that has an open walk-up market with everything from crepes, tacos to acai bowls. There is also a large game room/ arcade that serves food. Just too many options to list, but with my experience as your host, I am here to help you find what suits you!
Oh, and yes, my husband, I think you may have guessed his favorite might be the QUIVIRA Golf course, being the #1 new Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course in the World! The ocean views are amazing and continue throughout the entire course He also values the high-speed internet access (both floors), and a large two-story terrace with BBQ and sunning/dining areas.
The condo is definitely set up for you to prepare your meals for the entire stay. As I mentioned there is an option to arrange a private chef, or have groceries delivered to your villa, for an extra fee. We have done these options as well as all inclusive. I liked the all-inclusive for the convenience with the kids and also there are so many other resorts very close that are included. It includes two of our favorite resorts that are away from Sunset Beach on Medona Beach, Pueblo Bonito Blanco and Pueblo Bonito Rose located in the town of Cabo but almost connected next to each other and right on the swimmable beach. The free luxury bus takes you there. This shuttle service is provided in air-conditioned buses to and from the PB Rose, and Blanco and is provided every half hour, it's about 8-15 min to town.
