Stayed Dec 31, 1969The Villa was in a fantastic location, very easy access to the beach and a 20 minute walk into Ferragudo centre. It was very simple to arrange taxis and Uber was never more than 10 minutes away. Facilities in the villa were excellent, the pool and the outside area were particularly good. There were plenty of cooking utensils and crockery in the very modern kitchen. Pedro met us when we arrived and explained how everything worked, he was really friendly and helpful and his restaurant recommendation was superb. We had a great stay in a wonderful villa.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Spacious, well-appointed, and equipped villa had everything we needed. Wonderful grounds. The views are amazing and the infinity pool we used every day. Very secure and within walking distance of restaurants. You can walk straight down to the beach, through a secure gate. It's our 3rd visit and we will definitely come again. Would be useful to have a key for the rear gate so our local friend who uses a wheelchair could visit. Can be noisy from the beach bar but outside of your control. No festival in Portimao this year which was a blessing!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969A wonderful house near the beach with an astonishing view that you will never forget. The accommodation facilities corresponded those listed, the house and the entire property were cleaned and well maintained and the property's manager was very kind in assisting us with a comprehensive presentation of the location, information regarding the best restaurants in the area and local attractions. I recommend the property to everybody who appreciates luxury, good taste and quality. For a night out, I recommend Restaurant Hexagone which is nearby the property and the food and customer service is great. Enjoy!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We have enjoyed lots of Villa holidays but this is one of the best! I believe that we were the first people to rent the villa so there are a few improvements which could be made, like a house manual, a welcome hamper and English TV, but I'm sure Pedro will make these improvements within time. When arriving at the villa, you appreciate the size of the building but it's not until you go around the corner to the pool when you get the real wow factor! The infinity pool is huge, I estimate about 12m x 6m and 1m-3m deep (although I would recommend heating the pool). The view out to see is something special and can be enjoyed from the pool, living area and master bedroom. Whilst the land within the property is a bit rustic, its much bigger than it suggests online and leads down to a beautiful beech with a choice of 4 beech bar/restaurants. Overall, we loved our holiday at the Villa and Pedro was very accommodating throughout our stay. Loved it!
