Modern Luxury Villa / Riverfront / Heated South Facing Pool / Golf Rotonda West

Everything about this property rates 5 stars with exclamation points!! It was the cleanest rental we’ve ever stayed in, & it had everything you would ever need. The owners truly have thought of everything. The pool was the perfect temperature, the beds were super comfortable, the shower was luxurious. I don’t have one complaint & we will definitely be back!

Lovely modern and light property, really well stocked with everything you could want including fishing equipment and bicycles.We have stayed in Rotonda a few times and wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.

My friends and I just spent 5 fun filled days at Gail and Tom’s beautiful home. The house is a big WOW the moment you walk through the door. It’s a beautiful and comfortable home with plenty of amenities. The heated pool was used every afternoon and/or evening and was the perfect temperature day or night. The bedrooms and baths were set up well to accommodate our group. It was easy to get up and out in the morning. The beach gear was great! Chairs and umbrellas for 5 people plus some great shark tooth and shelling tools. We will definitely keep this Villa on our list for our next trip!

Fabulous spacious villa in a perfect quiet setting overlooking a wildlife abundant canal.Large warm pool with comfortable loungers and inflatables.This is a very large villa and is very well maintained.Bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers etc all provided.Everything you might need is available.The host Gail is very helpful and responsive.This property is 11 out of 10.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was exactly as the pictures and description showed. Our host answered questions we had promptly. The home was clean and had everything you would need for a home away from home. The beach accessories were an appreciated bonus. The location is in a residential community that is very quiet and peaceful. The highlight of the home is probably the pool area. We loved waking up and taking a dip in the morning while watching the sun come up and seeing Leon the alligator meander his way around the canal. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Beaches were about 10-15 minutes away which was fine for us. Thank you again, we are looking forward to coming back soon!

This is our fourth visit to the de-lazy villa and we keep coming back because we love it so much. The location is perfect - a quiet area with so much wildlife to enjoy from the lanai and the panoramic view from inside the villa. The owners have ensured the villa is well equipped for your stay and it’s a great central location for shopping, beaches and restaurants. We hope to make it a 5th visit very soon. We simply wouldn’t go anywhere else now that we have found this gem

Excellent stay, very clean house, excellent equipped, lots of beach equipment as well.

Excellent villa and super host who was very responsive and quickly resolved any issues we had. Had a really good time and would recommend this villa. Minor issues were that curtains in bedrooms were a little thin and let the early morning light in, also pool pump (or something close to it) kicked in at 4am for about an hour.

Beautiful lanai and pool you can spend all day and evening out there. Fully functional kitchen and it's wonderfully decorated and comfortable house.

This home is in a perfect location, quiet and safe neighborhood. The cleanliness of the property was exceptional. The host responded to any question or concern of ours very quickly. The home is stocked with anything you could need during your stay. Watching wildlife out back was so fun. The pool was warm and also very clean. Close to stores and many very nice beaches. We had no troubles during our stay and would love to stay again in the future.

We were 100% satisfied with every aspect of our VRBO rental. The owner of the property was kind, helpful, and prompt in answering all inquires. The property is outstanding and had everything needed/wanted for a comfortable stay. We were more than impressed with the cleanliness of the home. The heated pool was amazing. Beautiful Villa , ultra clean, lacks nothing, we enjoyed our stay, Rotonda is such a great area to visit which is why we keep coming back year after year for the last 28 years. Gail the owner was great at communicating relevant arrival information and checkout info due to impeding hurricane Milton

This is our second time staying at this beautiful property, and we wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else now that we have found this gem. The property itself is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. It is situated in a very quiet neighbourhood, so it’s perfect for relaxing days spent by the pool. The view from the rear of the property, which can be enjoyed from inside the villa as well as outside on the lanai, is so lovely. Backed on to a canal, we saw an amazing array of wildlife including cranes, herons, egrets, turtles and alligators. The homeowner has worked hard to create everything you would want from a vacation home, and the property manager excels in how well they prepare the villa for your arrival. Cant say enough good things about this vacation home.

The Villa is to a very high standard. Everything you need is on hand. We had no issues at all during our stay. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout. Plenty of wildlife in the adjacent canal including a resident gator. We would have no hesitation in recommending this Villa for anyone's vacation.

The villa was just as beautiful in person as it is online. It was clean, well appointed with everything we needed and well located to get the most out of our stay. Gail was quick to respond to our questions and very kind. We will definitely be staying here again.

We had a wonderful time in this great house. Very modern and very clean. You have everything you need for a great day at sea or a barbecue at home. Watching the alligator from the pool in the morning and evening was a highlight. We can absolutely recommend the house.

We loved Delazy Villa! It is a beautiful house by the canal with amazing wildlife to watch. It is super clean and very well maintained. Equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The pool temperature was just perfect for hot July days. The place is quiet and relaxing but still close to restaurants and white sand beaches. The owner is easy to communicate with and makes sure the guests have a nice and safe stay. We found the guest guide very helpful and informative. Our family had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again!

Really enjoyed staying at this super clean and beautiful house. We wanted to stay somewhere near Boca Grande and several different beaches. Loved watching the neighborhood wildlife. Already thinking about staying here again next year.

We had a great stay at this lovely villa. The house is an easy drive from many places, and the neighborhood was very quiet. The lanai and pool area are very spacious, and the canal provided us with turtles, birds, and alligators to watch. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Rotonda West!

Clean, as advertised, great location, kids enjoyed the pool every day, we had an excellent vacation here!
