Modern luxury meets Florida living in Rotonda — heated saltwater pool included!

I’ve been to Rotonda several times to visit family and this home was the perfect location. It was also very clean and comfortable and had a great view right on the canal.

The house is brand new and has everything! We were able to relax comfortably for the entire week we stayed there and often spent evenings in the pool. I would recommend this place to anyone considering a vacation in the area.

With sadness we say goodbye to this incredible house that gave us a beautiful family vacation. This house is very comfortable, it has absolutely everything you need and of good quality, they have not skimped on quality, it is new, clean, tidy, and BEAUTIFUL! We really enjoyed our favorite beach which is Gasparilla Island State Park at about 20 minutes away ($6 toll plus $3 parking at the beach), there are also other beautiful beaches less far away (no toll and very cheap parking). But as much as we love the beach, the house is so comfortable that we really enjoyed the pool and entertained ourselves with the nature of the canal. The neighborhood is quiet and with friendly neighbors. Supermarket very close. The communication with the owner and the manager is perfect, we felt very comfortable throughout the stay, and what's more, we were enjoying that comfort so much that we couldn't do less than extend our stay! Huge plus of the house (among the many pluses it offers) a car vacuum in the garage. (Although it may not seem like it, it is very useful to start a return trip with a clean car, so thank you for having that not a minor detail) We cannot wait to return to this house! We totally recommend it, you will not be disappointed!

The house is gorgeous, very clean, and well appointed. The wifi is fast, the beds are super comfortable, and Daniela is very easy to work with. Communication was fast, friendly, and always answered all our questions. We would love to stay here again.

I booked this house in Florida for two people for two weeks. May 28-June 3 2022 When I arrived on the first night I noticed that sheets were not washed and had a strong smell from previous people....I had to wash sheets before going to sleep. There was no hot water in master shower. Also I have noticed a stain on the pool table as I walked in, so I took a picture... Daniela there is no need to blame me for something I have not done. I have proof!!! During my stay I had guests visiting me...Judy the cleaning lady, called me and said I see you have more people in the house and you paid only for two, she was threatening me telling me that she has neighbors that are watching me, also that she can see everything because she put cameras. A host Daniela was also messaging me that she sees more people in the house. I really didn’t feel comfortable staying in this house. I booked a whole house for two weeks and I couldn’t invite anyone! What ? Before We left I have cleaned the whole house and washed all sheets and towels. This lady did not even said thank you. Instead she is sending messages that I made stains on the pool table and she wants to charge me more money for cleaning fee because she saw more people. I DID NOT FEEL WELCOME IN THIS HOUSE AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOUSE TO ANYONE... I took all pictures as proof that I did not stain anything and I have left the house more clean then when I got there. Please return my cleaning fee.

Compared to all the VRBOs I have rented, this house had EVERYTHING you would need for a vacation! Beautiful new home and very good location. Short drive to beach. Owner and manager were both easy to connect with (if necessary). The only negative we had was that the listing stated 3 full bathrooms (which is correct), however it was not clear that the 3rd bathroom was in the back part of the house that led out to pool. The 3rd bedroom is in the front of the house which was inconvenient for the 3rd couple. Other than that, it was a beautiful home. Thank you for our wonderful vacation!

We had a great experience. The location was great. The home was clean and well stocked. Even better than expected. We would love to stay here again.

The weather was not good for swimming. Pool was never at a temp to get in. Other than Mother Nature issues and tv the place was convenient to visit family.

When we first arrived for our 30+ night stay we couldn't believe our luck in finding it! The home is beautiful and immaculate inside and out. The tasteful decor, exceptionally well-stocked kitchen, top shelf linens, fast WiFi, reliable A/C, and many other amenities made this feel just like our home. The beautiful lanai with its heated, sparkling clean salt water pool and wonderful canal views, was our go to spot after fishing, cycling, hiking, and exploring the area. Having access to the garage was a real bonus and made access to our bicycles and other outdoor gear very simple. We slept very, very well every night thanks to the quiet of the surrounding neighborhood and the very comfortable upscale mattress and bedding. Our communication with the owner was top notch and she is very responsive to questions should you have one. Daniela's pride of ownership shows in every detail of this home. This home is new to the rental market and we were the first to stay. We are very experienced world travelers and we know it's always a bit of a risk to rent a home when there are no reviews. We are so glad we took the chance. About halfway through our stay we inquired about staying longer than originally planned because we were so happy and comfortable. We are very pleased to write this first 5-star review knowing there will be many more to follow. Everything was BETTER than advertised and we highly, highly recommend this place for a perfect getaway.
