Stayed Jan 12, 2020We didn’t realize the unit was on the 2nd floor and it was difficult to drag the suitcases up 16 steps. The unit was spacious and comfortable otherwise.

Stayed Mar 1, 2019The unit was spacious and comfortable. I was disappointed that TV choices included in the unit price did not include any news channels or sports channels. e.g. CNN, MSNBC, ESPN, NBCSN There were plenty of movies, if that is your preference.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was a great condo for my family and I to stay for a friend's wedding. Lots of room for all. Shopping is close and the beaches are a short drive. The owners have beach chairs (unfortunately previous guests broke one and we had to notify the owner) and towels. The owner was quick to respond to any questions. We believe this is a new listing because there was no patio furniture on the deck, but it arrived during our stay and gave my kids something to do putting it together. Also, the kitchen could use a few more gadgets; i.e., measuring cups, spatuluas and ovenware. We did put to use the electric griddle and coffee pot, which were must haves for great family breakfasts. Other than that, this is a great stay and would recommend it if in Ft. Meyers area since you can get to the beaches without the high costs of staying on the beach.

Stayed Oct 25, 2018We (4 golf buddies) went down to Southwest Florida for a 10 day golf trip. The property is well situated very close to I 75 between Naples and Fort Myers. Everybody have their own room. The Fourth room with the hide a bed had a very uncomfortable mattress. The other three rooms were perfect. We enjoyed the pool and the security of a gated community.
