Stayed Aug 18, 2018Our family had a wonderful holiday in the Villa!! The house is very spacious, well equipped with everything one could need for a family holiday!! The house is near the beach! We enjoyed so many hours enjoying the waves and the sand! We are planning to return to this marvelous house!!

Stayed Aug 4, 2018Nice house with a good setup to host two families. Close access to the beach with only 5 minutes to walk. Quite neighborhood with separate entrance gate. Bicycles recommenden for daily shopping or restaurant visits

Stayed Aug 6, 2016We were 7 adults and 1 child aged 8 months at the house in August. We were greeted by the host when we arrived and felt very welcome. Introduction of the house went fast and smooth, everything was in good shape and was very clean. The host left and let us know to contact if there was any problem. The living room in the house is big and a nice gathering space. The 4 bedrooms consist of 3 rooms with double bed and 1 room with a bunk bed where the lower bed is bigger than the one on top. They have a childrens bed as well. Bathrooms are spacious and nice. The kitchen has everything you need to cook up meals and there's a plancha grill in the backyard as well that worked really well. Maybe the best part about the house is the big terrace in the backyard (it also has a roof terrace and one addiotional terrace from one of the downstairs bedroom). It has a big table and lots of seating. Also there are big fatboys in the terrace to sit on. We didn't use the TV set, but it has a lot of channels. The beach is about 5 minutes walk away. We surfed everyday, good spot for surf if you like that. The house has UV-tent and umbrellas. Also it has some bodyboards. You can easily walk to the centre ville Capbreton in about 10-15 minutes an Hossegor in 30 minutes. Hossegor might be a bit better for dining out than Capbreton. At check out the host was very flexible to come earlier than what was agreed and we were really thankful for that. The host was professional in every way and provided great service. I recommend this house because the host is very professional, the house is really clean, quiet and central location, good for children and couples.
