Stayed Jun 30, 2025Very clean. We really enjoyed our stay while visiting with are daughter at FGCU. Went to Sanibel Island during our stay and had a great time. Upon arriving the pool was dirty and the property owner was very friendly, responsive, and very apologetic. He got a pool cleaner out the very next day for us. Very pleased.

What really stood out was how responsive and attentive the owner was throughout our stay. Any questions we had were answered quickly and kindly, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Stayed Jun 27, 2025We had such a lovely weekend as a family! The neighborhood is peaceful, safe, and very charming. We especially enjoyed the private pool — it was a highlight for both kids and adults. Rogelio was always kind and attentive; communication was smooth, always through messages and never intrusive, which made us feel truly at home. The whole experience left us with a warm, homey feeling. We would definitely come back!
