Very spacious villa and close to a very nice cala as well as to the port. It has a laundary and provided me with the soap and other essencials. Could be better if black out blinds are provided as well as warmer pool. Other than that, it was great and i definitely come back and totally recommended

The villa was as described and comfortable enough for a short stay. Everything was clean and tidy inside and out. The pool was lovely and much needed but the pool table has seen better days. The villa is quite overlooked by others but as it was quiet this was not a problem. This is a mainly residental area so there are limited facilities in the area. The nearest supermarket is about a 20 minute walk. We did find some nice restaurants also about a 15-20 minute walk away. We had a four night stay which was long enough for what is available in the local area. If you were staying for longer I would recommend hiring a car. there was an issue with the air-conditioning unit in the lounge not working. However, the hosts did try to sort this out but it didn't get resolved while we were there despite two visits from maintenance. Also the third bedroom would benefit from air-conditioning too.

We absolutely loved the location and state of the property. It was a great price for a well-appointed, beautiful home and pool near the water. We would love to return as we could not have found a cleaner, brighter, and lovelier property on the island for that price!

The house was very clean on arrival, it is fully equiped and has more than enough space for 5 (or 6) persons. The outside area with swimming pool, terrace, pool table and table tennis table is great! A small, but pretty beach is only 10 minutes walk away and the center takes about half an hour. Although there are many houses around this house, it was very quiet and peaceful.

6 adults stayed in the villa comfortably. The villa is basic but very clean. The management team at Mauter Villas were excellent. Their communication was extremely good. We had a broken toaster which was replaced the same day. They were always available for advice. The villa is a short taxi ride away from Cuitadella and there is also a bus stop very near by.

Very convenient and good for the kids. Super clean and very thorough communication throughout.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. We found it to be immaculate on our arrival and a small welcome pack was left for us which was a nice touch. We found the villa to more spacious than it looks in the images and the garden had a few extra items along with a better dining table than shown. The beds were fantastic. It's very rare to stay in rented accommodation with such comfortable beds and it made a huge difference to our holiday. The location is perfect, with Sa Caleta just minutes walk away. There is a lovely view of the sea and Mallorca from the balcony too. We hired a car but you could quite easily stay there without one. The villa company were very friendly and efficient, we only had reason to contact them to request a late check-out. This was an option for a small fee. Al in all, we had a really lovely time there and would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking about staying in that area.
