Stayed Dec 31, 1969My husband and I stayed in this home for 10 days in late October. It was just what we hoped for - quiet but convenient location with spectacular views of the ocean. This was the off season for San Felice Circeo so the beaches were deserted and many waterfront restaurants closed. Nevertheless we found 3 good restaurants open just 5 minutes away at the Port of San Felice. The house is just as described in the listing and photos - the terrace on the roof is absolutely spectacular. The view from the dining room and balcony looks over the trees and beautiful blue church roof to the ocean and the coastal towns. Mateo was very helpful with a few requests that we had. One pointer: be sure to check out the location of the electrical circuit breakers in the kitchen and the main electrical panel beside the car park. Blackouts can happen but are easily fixed if you know the locations. The WiFi worked great - and the TV also -after we figured out how to get the BBC! We have great memories of our stay in this wonderful holiday home.

Stayed Oct 1, 2016My wife and I stayed here during the first two weeks in October together with our 3 dogs - very quiet at that time of year - no neighbors around. I'm sure it's a lot busier in the high season - there is one apartment/house attached to the building, but there was no one there when we stayed. Village is very nice and quaint - few decent places to eat - the restaurant on the corner in front of the house is not recommended. Easy access to Rome and Naples and Pompeii. Matteo was very helpful - we really appreciated that. In that area of Italy there are Tiger Mosquitos (even in October) and they are hungry - make sure you bring a lot of repellent, because they give you nasty bites - they have black and white stripes - be warned. Highly recommend this place for a couple or a small family with dogs.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Perfect appartment, we enjoyed the great sea view. You can go by feet to the beach and the supermarket. I recommend the pescheria (fish shop) in piazza kennedy and the supermarket sigma (viale tommaso tittoni).
