Charming apartment in villa with veranda overlooking the sea

This place was really nice, really clean and Gabriella is really nice lady my kids where happy

Gabriella's property fully lived up to our expectations. The appartment was clean, spacious and very well equipped. Plenty of outside space too. Our host was most welcoming and really helpful. A splendid place to stay. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed a week of vacation with everything we needed for 2 + 2 inside the apartment, surrounded by a wonderful garden and with great views on the see from the terrace. Gabriella gave us the best advice on how to reach other sights of interest up to Pompei or at the nearby locations and famous beaches. Thank you Gabriella and hope to see you again!

We stayed for 2 weeks in this idyllic location overlooking the sea. The property was very well kept, clean and tastefully furnished. There were 6 of us in total and the 3 rooms & 2 bathrooms accommodated us well. The table for 6 overlooking the bay was well used. Access to the sea, shops & restaurants were within walking distance as well as the 'old town' higher up. The local area had an array of interest and Rome is also practical for a 'day trip'. Gabriella was the perfect host and we would certainly recommend her and her property as a great holiday destination to truly relax. The Morphew Family August 2018.

Gabriella was very friendly, welcoming and helpful? Thank you! The property was spacious, spotlessly clean, fabulous views and fitted with mosquito nets (very necessary). The garden was beautiful, great location. We found the beaches expensive for a family of 5 (5€ minimum per parasol or sunbed, even for half a day). Better to find a free public beach and go at the end of the afternoon when it’s not so hot. If you like visiting Roman ruins, this is the place for you! Terracina old town is worthy of an evening visit especially. We also liked Nettuno. For visits to Rome we drove to Aprilia & got the train in. This is definitely a place to come for a great holiday.

We spent one week in San Felice Circeo in June 2018 and really liked this place. Great beaches (especially the 30 km long one between San Felice Circeo and Sabaudia), a lovely old town and a harbor with restaurants and ferries. Not too many tourists. We took the speed boat to Ponza one day where we rented a boat of our own. Such a fantastic island! Do not miss to go here! The apartment is very clean, very nice, and with a fantastic garden as well as a terrace with a sea view. The villa is situated 10-15 min from the closest beach, 10-15 minutes from old town and 10-15 minutes from shopping street with shops and restaurants. Gabriella, the owner, is very friendly and helpful and speaks great English. We really appreciated the fact that Gabriella has prepared for our arrival with leaving some toilet and kitchen paper, soap etc for us and even prepared cold drinks in the fridge and some snacks! Thanks a lot Gabriella , we really appreciated this after spending the whole day on airplane and in the car!

An amazing way to experience all that San Felive Circeo has to offer ,for me and my family. We needed a brake from the hustle and bustle of city life and touring and found it here with Gabriella as our host . This is a hidden gem and I hope we can return again as we still have more to explore . My grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed this vacation , and we all had a great time . We visited this area for a family wedding. The villa is beautiful, clean and spacious with amazing views over the coast to Terracina which we visited on a short bus ride. More views over the mountains and the ancient town. The main town, the beautiful ancient town and the beach are all within easy walking distance. Gabriella was a fantastic and friendly host advising us on things to do in the area and assisting us with taxis for the wedding etc. Lovely garden with lots of seating areas to sit and relax and take in the views. We are a family of six adults and had a brilliant time and would highly recommend this great villa and the lovely area. Thank you Gabriella.
