Stayed Jul 20, 20251. There was no A/C device in the living room (considering the temp. of 40* C, it was not possible to stay in the living room). A fan was useless.2. The other A/Cs were working, but you couldn't adjust them using the remote control because they weren't working.3. The shower cubicles in all bathrooms are really small and a person weighing more than 100 kg can have issues having the shower. In the shower in the basement, the water comes all over the place except over your body or head.4. The electricity conditions are the same as the year the house was built. Some electrical wires are coming out of the wall in the kitchen. The power was very weak, the light's intensity was variable; this caused malfunction for the A/C s and fans. The fridge in the basement was not working as well.5. The Wi-Fi is very poor. No internet through cable but with SIM card, so you can hardly connect one device. The instructions on how to connect were not given in advance; the instructions in the property were very confusing (No network name; then it was written Password! and a PIN number. Turned out the PIN was the password. The router was pluged in a non powered socket; to plug it in the right socket... you have to remove the fan.6. NO WASHING MACHINE (this was really bad)7. Last but not least: beautiful Mediterranean beach 2 minutes walk from the villa... well, there was a squalid beach you cannot call a beach. No amenities and nothing at all in the area.
