The price shown includes the availability of the ViIlla Body (until 6 guests maximum) and the exclusive exotic garden. The Indigo dependence (room) will remain closed and will not be rented.
The delightful Indigo dependence, in fact, is a separate room can accommodate an additional 2 people upon payment of the relative price. The dependance has a large bathroom as well as a TV and fridge.

HISTORICAL EXPERIENCE: Terracina is a very ancient Roman city. Do not miss a visit to the Jupiter temple and the numerous ruins of the old city. It is highly recommended to have a day trip to the Unesco Heritage of the nearby Paestum, Pompeii, and Herculaneum.

Description of the VILLA BODY:
1) GROUND FLOOR: living room, kitchen (fully equipped, including dishwasher), bathroom with shower 70x70cm, and Ivory bedroom (2 single beds, convertible into a double bed on request).
2) FIRST FLOOR: bathroom with shower 120x70cm, Jade bedroom (double bed and balcony) and Caramel bedroom (double bed, convertible on request into 2 single beds)

INDIGO Dependence: separate bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower 120x70cm, TV, room fridge.

GARDEN:
Green lawn, exotic plants, and tall pine trees automatically irrigated
EXTERNAL SHOWER 100x100cm with hot water.
Relax area: sofa and armchairs, large umbrella, 4 sun loungers,

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF GUESTS IN THE VILLA:
8 people as follows: 6 people in the body of the villa plus 2 people in the Indigo Dépendance (additional cost).

THE PRICE INCLUDES:
1) villa Body and the exotic garden of 400 square meters.
For reservations up to 6 guests, guests will enjoy the villa's body and the marvelous exotic garden. Indigo Dependance will remain closed and will not be rented to others.
Indigo dependence can accommodate 2 further guests and it can be rented on payment (supplement cost).
2) sheets and blankets
3) n. 3 different towels sizes for each booked guest
4) 7,000 liters of water per week (7 cubic meters). The greater difference compared to 7,000 liters must be paid at the time of check-out. It cost 4.00 euros per cubic meter of water (1,000 liters)
5) gas consumption for cooking
6) night surveillance service inside the residence in July and August.
7) Camping cot” for a child up to 3/4 years (on request).

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE:
A) electricity cost of € 0.50 kw/h.
The meter will be read at check-in and check-out.
At check-in, the guest has to pay a deposit of € 200 / week as costs relating to electricity to be adjusted at check-out:
1) lower consumption: the deposit difference will be returned
2) higher consumption: the difference not covered by the deposit has to be paid.
B. drinking water consumption over 7000 cubic meters per week. At the time of Check-out time, the greater difference (compared to 7,000 liters) must be paid at € 4.00 per cubic meter (1,000 liters)

BEACH OF THE RESIDENCE
Located in the center of the Ulysses Riviera, the beach has fine white sand. It can be easily reached on foot (in 5 minutes) or by bicycle.
In the immediate vicinity there are:
- a free beach with free admission;
- two equipped beaches (umbrellas and sunbeds) with a bar, restaurant with a panoramic terrace, children's play area, volleyball court, toilets, hot and cold showers, and ample parking for cars (if you don’t want to walk). For the previous reservation of umbrellas and sunbeds ask the beach owner.
The water sea is turquoise, clear, and transparent.

SPORTS NEARBY:
The gym is just 100 meters from the villa.
It is also possible to practice horse riding, sailing, fishing, water sports, tennis, table tennis, and bowls.

ACCESS TO GUESTS
- The villa is located inside a private residence.
- Guests (up to 6 people) will enjoy the villa body and the exotic garden of 400 square meters. Indigo dépendance will remain closed and nobody else can rent it.
If Guests are 7 or 8 people also Indigo Dependence have to be rented with an additional cost.
- You can park your car for free inside the residence. The residence is bordered by electric gates.
- The Villa has a Flat WiFi internet connection 24 / 24h (for a fee).

HOUSE RULES
- Pets are not allowed
- Smoking is allowed ONLY in the external areas of the villa.
- It is forbidden to park the car in the garden of the villa.
- It is forbidden to upload, download or view illegal content with the WiFi Internet connection made available to guests

.MINIMUM STAY: 7 nights
- In high season: check-in on Saturday and check-out on Saturday.
- It is forbidden to organize parties/events.


GUEST OBLIGATIONS:
- Guests undertake to keep the villa and the furnishings in the state in which it was delivered, clean, and in good condition, including the kitchen equipment, the oven, the dishes, the glasses, the barbecue, etc.
- Guests undertake not to cause damage to the walls, doors, windows, garden, or any other part of the Villa and to take all necessary precautions to avoid any damage to the villa or its equipment.
- Guests undertake to take all necessary measures to safeguard their personal items during their stay.
- It is forbidden to bring Villa's towels to the beach
At the time of CHECK OUT:
- If damage to the Villa is found, the full repair/replacement cost is charged to the guest;
- if the villa is dirty or very dirty, the guest owes an additional cleaning fee of € 60.00 or higher;
- if the Barbecue is dirty, the guest owes an additional cleaning cost of € 50.00.


OPTIONAL PAID SERVICES (to be requested at the time of booking, to be paid at the time of check-in):
- WI-FI connection: € 15.00 per week (€ 2.50 per day);
- Linen change (sheets + towels: towel + face + guest) € 15.00 per person (one change per stay);
- Bed linen change € 10.00 for 1 change of single or double bed
