Mansion - Correns

The property is very nice and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and lovely pool. The surrounding area is very picturesque and Correns is pretty with a lovely Auberge. A quiet and relaxing spot from which to explore Provence. Patrick was very responsive to any questions. Would definitely recommend. If you arrive late in the evening make sure you have some provisions then shop at the Intermarche in Barjols the next day. If you’re prone to being bitten by mosquitoes take lots of repellent!

We stayed at the villa for 7 nights with 6 adults and 4 children and had a wonderful time. The beautiful villa itself is tucked away behind the trees, is clean, spacious enough for 10 people, and fully equipped. The pool is fantastic, but is deeper than 1.75 meters in all areas, which could be a drawback for smaller children. There's also plenty of shade by the pool! And not to forget is the lovely terrace, where you can relax all day long, as it's covered by a blue Wysteria pergola. Entertainment includes a pétanque court (balls are provided), table tennis, and a swing for children. There's also a beautiful olive-tree yard next to the house. The property can be closed off with a gate. The path to the top is a bit tricky, but manageable. Incidentally, the pizzeria near the house is closed in 2025; it's unclear whether it will reopen. Correns itself is small, but very authentic and charming, and is located about 4 km away. Closer by is the Vallee Sourne, where you can go stand-up paddleboarding, canoeing, swimming, and hiking. Tourist attractions abound, including vineyards, charming villages, lakes, rivers, and more. The sea is also just over an hour away. Finally, the hosts are fantastic! Friendly and quick to answer questions and resolve minor issues.

We absolutely adored this lovely house set in the beautiful countryside of Provence. It is perfectly located for excursions around Provence as well as for peaceful lazy days with family and friends by the pool or playing boule, and lovely evening meals on the terrace. Thank you Patrick and family for sharing this fantastic place, and to Raphael for the friendly welcoming and super smooth check-in and -out procedures.

We had a wonderful stay. The House was cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect. We felt very comfortable and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Lovely property in secluded location. Great pool . Property was as described and suited the seven adults and three children. Would happily return.

We had a maginificent stay. The house is spacious, clean and very practical. The swimming pool and the area are superb. The river is closeby and has a waterfall which the kids loved.

Exceeded expectations. Beautiful rooms, seating and wonderful pool. Take care on the path from main road to house, it is steep and as host said, keep left.

My daughter was marrying at the local chateau. This was an ideal premises for my family. Five bedrooms, very large kitchen, very private and loads of outside space. The pool area is ideal and outdoor eating space. Communication with the owner was above and beyond with him helping us out with a last minute issue.... he loaned me a piano. Yes a piano! First class - take towels for the pool, which is not a lot to ask.

We really enjoyed our stay in this large home. House well equipped. The only negative is one toilet wasn’t working and the kitchen stove didn’t have the temperature on it and we used it we dialed the temperature knob and we had to guess what temperature to set it to. Other than that I will recommend this house and I will definitely rent it again.

We were staying in Correns to attend a wedding at the nearby Chateau Robernier. We were 2 couples with our adult children. The villa has a very well equipped kitchen and we enjoyed long evening meals spent on the patio off the kitchen. The villa has a lovely pool however, even though the villa is for 10 there are only 6 lounge chairs by the pool. Also you should note that pool towels are surprisingly not provided so we had to buy some. The manager of the property was very helpful and really went out of his way to make our visit enjoyable.
