Manatee Modern & Luxurious villa

Stunning modern home, super comfortable, great for families. The kids loved the pool, super clean and the location was great. 15 minutes walk to the beach and shops. We had an amazing time! Thank you so much ?

We have just returned from a truly wonderful 10 night stay at Villa Manatee. Literally everything is thought of at the Villa, there is everything you could need, including pool towels. We had a midweek clean too which was an added bonus. The Villa is stunning, particularly watching the beautiful sunsets from the roof terrace. Katharine is a great host and was always responsive and helpful. Huge shout out to Fabio as well who we met a couple of times and was always so friendly and helpful. Supermarkets are not far away for all your essentials and food etc and there’s a handy mini market round the corner for smaller shops. All in all an excellent villa and a peaceful relaxing break.

We had the most fabulous stay at Villa Manatee. The villa was perfect in every way. Everything you could possibly needwant was there. A fantastic villa in a beautiful location. From booking to checking out, Katharine made it all very easy. A wonderful holiday, we hope to be back soon!

The villa was extremely comfortable, well thought out with everything you could need. On your web site it would assist if you put the pool sizes on.

Fantastic house everything you could need down to nesspresso machine and air fryer towels changed mid stay pool warm and inviting highly recommend staying here. Walk to beach and town in 15 min

Great overall experience and would stay there again. If you are going to stay here, make sure to grab soap and shampoo since they are not provided. Great villa and loved the pool.

Absolutely gorgeous find. We had an amazing time there, the place had absolutely anything you could need amenity wise too. We didn’t even explore as much as we wanted to because we ended up spending so much time at the villa. Katharine was a great host, very responsive and extremely helpful whenever needed. Will definitely be coming back here.

This property had everything - inside/outside - you couldn't have asked for more - It was well worth the $$$$ - we plan to come again and only hope our one concern can be resolved ( see improvements) The water pressure in the showers was not in keeping with the quality of the residence. I know there are water issues in Carvoiero however, a plumber should be called in to check if sediment is blocking the water main filters - It simply makes no sense to build a magnificent home and have state of the art bathrooms and showers and have poor water pressure

This villa is really beautiful and modern. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. All the bedrooms are large with en-suite facilities. The outside gardens are immaculate with lovely grassy areas for sunbathers. The terraces upstairs are huge and a wonderful space to watch the sunset. This villa is perfect for couplesfamilies that would like to relax and simply chill out.
