The unit is on the cozy side, but they have clearly remodeled the unit and taken advantage of every space to provide anything you could possibly need. Love that they include chairs, skim board, and wagon for the beach. The king is very comfortable! The owners are very kind and helpful. The location is great for the pool, ocean and Coligny Plaza. Will definitely come back!

Excellent experience. 5 minute walk to the beach. The Condo was very clean and impeccably decorated. Larry and Sally our hosts were easy to communicate with and provided helpful information regarding local restaurants and other amenities. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend for anyone heading to Hilton Head.

This was a great base location for our family of five while on spring break. We loved being next to the beach and had several lazy days of collecting sea shells. Also made some day trips to Savannah and Charleston.

The condo was lovely. Well stocked with everything needed. Larry is friendly and welcoming. The view early morning was very nice and peaceful, albeit its not a direct view to the wayer but lovely anyway. The location cannot be beat. We walked many times to Coligny for food, snacks, shopping. Love the Piggly Wiggly for an easy shopping atop. Discovered very good coffee at Als Hilton Head just up the road a bit and right near the tiki bar area. Will definitely stay in this condo again.

We loved staying here! Really comfortable, super clean, had everything we needed, a great location, and Larry was very welcoming and helpful. We didn't have great weather (snow!) but we did have one beautiful morning to walk on the beach. We would love to come back when the weather is a little warmer to take advantage of the beach gear provided and hang out on the beach.

The condo and resort were fantastic. The condo was very clean and beautifully decorated. The resort’s beachfront location is perfect and it’s conveniently close to plenty of shops and restaurants. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay and we would happily return.

Great communication from the host. The condo was very nice with everything we needed, the coffee bar was a big hit. Location was excellent, right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

Great location. Unit has recently been redone so it is on the newer side. Living space is small. It was pretty cozy with four of us. No central air, has the mini splits, which work when they want. No true washer and dryer. It’s a combo. The combo washer dryer barely holds a couple towels. The dryer takes hours to dry and clothes still come out damp. So if you bring your kids and are staying for more than a few days, you might want to make other arrangements for laundry. We stay at rental properties typically two times a month so have many other properties to compare this to. Lots of positives but miss the mark on important things. Good price and good location help give this 4 stars.

Great Location! The beach, shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. We’ve stayed in several different units in this complex and this condo is definitely our “favorite”.

We loved our stay! Close to everything! We walked to breakfast and the Tiki Bar. The walk to the beach took 2 minutes! Everything was as described and communication with Larry was awesome. Will stay again!!

I had a friend visiting from overseas, and we spent a few days on Hilton Head – this place was the perfect spot for a relaxing and fun stay. The highlight for us was definitely the beach, which is just steps away. We spent time walking the shoreline, lounging in the sun, and just enjoying the ocean breeze. It couldn’t have been more convenient.We also made great use of the pool and cooked a few meals at the condo, which was well-equipped and comfortable. The Tiki Hut nearby was a favorite – live music, good vibes, and just a few steps away. There’s a lot to do within walking distance, but it’s also a great place to simply slow down and enjoy your surroundings.I’ll absolutely be back – this place made our trip truly memorable!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at the condo. Condo was clean and stocked with most items we needed. Location is close to shopping and restaurants. Beach is a very short walk from condo.

Condo is beautiful decorated. Everything is renovated and condo is super clean. Property Manager left basic supplies that are very important, shampoo, conditioner, soap for dishes and dishwasher and garbage bags. Everything necessary for your stay. Kitchen is super well equipped too! There was also water in the fridge when we got there, which was also very thoughtful. Location is excellent and it is only few minutes away from beach and from Coligny plaza. We will definitely stay there again. Thanks!!! Beautiful place!

Our stay at this rental on Coligny Beach was fantastic! The location couldn’t be better—right on the beach and within walking distance to great shopping and restaurants. The convenience made our trip so relaxing, as we didn’t have to worry about driving everywhere.The rental was well-equipped with everything we needed for the beach, including towels, chairs, and a wagon, which made our beach days effortless. The space was comfortable, clean, and perfect for a beach getaway.

We had a great vacation. The complex is right on the beach ad walking distance to anything you could possibly want to do. Condo was great and had everything we could possibly want.

Spent a week at this beautiful condo to get a little break from winter. The sunrise from the bedroom was beautiful. The condo is just as described. The location was perfect for us, close to the beach, bike trails and a few restaurants within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again.

It’s located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants, and a great perk is the Tiki bar right down the beach. We will definitely consider this place again on our next visit to Hilton Head.

My wife and I had an incredible week at this beautiful beachfront property. The location was perfect-walking distance to shops and restaurants. The condo was immaculate when we arrived and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We loved the open plan living space. Communication with the host was excellent-very responsive to our inquiries. We definitely recommend this property!!!

Loved the property- Tiki bar music down the beach was a little loud during the week nights.

We would absolutely come back to enjoy the pool, the short walk to the beach, the tiki bar close by and all the good things HH has to offer.

Pretty good place

Even though the unit we rented AC was broken we would stay again!! - the owner found us another similar unit and kept us in the loop on everything for the repair. We had acess to beach toys, chairs and towels, made it so easy for beach days! He could not have been more communicative or accommodating. The complex is close to everything, restaurants, and bars, grocery, pharmacy, and best of all the beach!!

This was our second year at Larry and Sally’s condo. Of course, we loved it! It’s perfect for our family. The condo complex is small which is wonderful because the pool is never crowded and parking is easy. Super convenient (walking distance) to the park and Coligny. Honestly, the best location on HHI. Highly recommend!!!
