Noise is a big deal in Savannah. The City Ordinance states that a sound can`t be above 50 decibels (dB) between 7 PM and 7 AM for residential homes. This is a conversational volume.

-Any courtyard or outdoor area must be vacated by 10 PM Friday – Saturday and 9 PM Sunday – Thursday out of courtesy to the neighbors and other guests. This is also to comply with the City of Savannah Noise Ordinance. It is our main concern that you truly enjoy your visit to Savannah. The city will assess heavy fines for violation of the noise ordinance.

-This is a lodging-only property. No parties are allowed on the grounds except for events utilizing the whole estate and where the owner grants a permit.

-Please always remove shoes in the house. This helps with noise for any guests that may be below you, protects the floors, keeps the home clean, and is a simple rule that helps everyone.

-Smoking is never allowed on any part of the property, courtyards, garages, or patios.

    This is the ideal property for a family stay. With 3 separate units, it gives privacy and space. Perfect location to walk into town or cheap uber if needed. Host communicated well. Would stay here again!
