Magical Family Villa: 8-Bdrm, 5 Themed, Pool, Spa, Game Room, Arcade, Movie

Would definitely stay here again! Our family had such a wonderful time! Place was clean- could definitely use more pots/pans if you like cooking where you stay but it still met all of our needs effortlessly.

The things that went well was the communication withe the propery managers and the check in process. However the pictures on the site is not what we got

We had a great time over spring break. 5 adults and 11 children fit very comfortably and the kitchen had many of the tools and appliances you’d want in a vacation home! The hosts were very responsive to our questions throughout the stay

We really enjoyed our stay. A very tentative and responsive host! House had many amenities for all ages. Lots of seating and room for large groups, but cozy enough for small families. We paid for the pool heat and it was very warm and hot tub was hot! Thank you for helping us have a wonderful family vacation!

This was the perfect property for our family. The kids loved the pool, game room and the themed bedrooms. So spacious and comfortable. 22 people ranging in ages from 4-55 and we had plenty of space. I would definitely book this place again. Host was very attentive. Answered any questions I had promptly.

Better cleaning. Things looks dirty in places. Garbage under tables in bedrooms. Fix appliances, some don’t work or work poorly (ice maker, garbage disposal , dishwasher )Host was responsive to questions.

The house is amazing and has great potential. The general cleanliness over all however was not good. Rugs not vacuumed, debris in and under couches, walls, doors and trim need cleaning. Some specifics like the pool deck and area requiring a good scrubbing was addressed by the host which was appreciated.

The house was very beautiful and clean , the host was very attentive and responsive. Kids enjoyed the gameroom . Would definitely recommend and would definitely go again

We had a great stay at this house! It was very spacious, so everyone had their own space, which made things super comfortable. The place was spotless when we arrived right from the moment we stepped in. We had a small issue with the entry code at first, but the owner responded quickly and fixed it right away, which we really appreciated. The movie/gaming room was definitely a highlight. We spent most of our time there, and it was perfect for relaxing and hanging out. Overall, it was a smooth and enjoyable stay. Highly recomend!

I was very impressed with everything. The house is so spacious and decorated so wonderfully. Seeing it online made me anxious to get there, but seeing it in person had me on another level with excitement. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and my family and I enjoyed every second of being there. If you’re visiting Florida with a large crowd then definitely consider this property, you won’t regret it.

Overall the house cleanness kitchen living room pretty much the whole place I enjoyed it was great my first time ever.. yet for a family place no locks on the inside for the kids safety to the outside was a worry we have sleep walkers also in the bunch that was there . and they let the house open for someone to check things out while we were gone .. were informed but yet the door was unlocked .. I think myself that this should be addressed and it would have been excellent..

Spacious, close to Disney, good communication

Our stay was wonderful! The property is spacious, inviting, and provided the perfect setting for quality time together. We especially enjoyed the pool — definitely a highlight! The location is also a plus, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. A pleasant and convenient place to stay!

House was beautiful. The beauty did not make up for the lack of cleanliness. The rooms were dusty, the laundry roomed smelled like urine, the towels smelled of cologne. There was hair and dirt inside the shower and the floors were dirty. The trash from the previous renters remained on the curb for our entire visit. The home could not have been cleaned befor we arrived.

Amazing and beautiful

We were super impressed with the house and amenities. The themed bedrooms were adorable and everything was very clean. The pool and hot tub were amazing. Large TVs in every room. We had fun playing in the game room. The location was great for getting to the theme parks and plenty of restaurants within a few miles. Great mini golf just a few miles away too. We had an amazing time and it was wonderful to have the whole place to ourselves to enjoy the pool and relax as much as we wanted. We will definitely be back! Was just what our family needed!

The house itself is great, however, the items that were not included were insane. One towel per person, no pool towels. Not enough silverware, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, no kitchen towels or rags, only a sponge. No spices and 2 pans in the whole place. We stay at homes when traveling to be able to cook, save money, and spend time there. The lack of simple amenities for 16 people for 7 days was disappointing. We did still have a great time, but we had to buy a lot of items that should have been provided.

Very comfortable and spacious for my family of 24 people. The only thing was, it did not include enough towels/cloths. I think we only had 10 towels at most, so we had to go out and buy our own towels during our stay. Terrific area though, would love to stay there again in the future!
