Lx20 lake tahoe private beach lakefront

The house is absolutely stunning! 6 bedrooms, tons of space. You get access to the beach and there were at least two kayaks for our use. The indoor hot tub was the cherry on top!Highly recommend, we’ll definitely coming back!

Positive: House is on lake front with beautiful views and stream running right next to house. Negative: House was not ready to be rented by LuxeVacation properties. It is an older home that had the heater go out, flume not broken and not open so fire department came out, hot tub not regularaly serviced during 1 month stay, lack of parking, lacking deep cleanling, leaking indoor hot tub, 4 kayaks and 2 oars (not 6), gas smell from old tank, wobbly staircase railings, lights not working

The home was beautiful, the property management tried to accommodate us after accidentally double booking us and relocating us, although it was very last minute and stressful they made it up to us with a beautiful home and didn’t charge us the price difference, will be renting from them again

This is a beautiful home and property. Absolutely stunning! Truly no words to describe the beauty and setting. Parking was challenging. We had a dually truck and two suburbans and it was tough. Smaller vehicles would not be a problem. Management communication was exceptional including videos sent to me to aid in arriving. Be sure to arrive in daylight hours.

I am so glad we booked this place for our family to help us celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. It was perfect! Loved the different levels which felt strange at first but provided space for children and adults much needed space. We loved having the lake right there-- and those who braved the cool lake temps had a blast. Once they froze they could easily spray off and jump in the hot tube in the bottom level of the house. The kitchen is a bit dated but it was stocked with all we needed to our meals. Our bed was so comfortable (I think the ad said that the master has a queen bed but it was a king)-- and it was so relaxing to fall to sleep with the sound of the lake. The whole family loved this place-- with the space we felt comfortably together but not on top of each other. Please believe when it says 3 cars. The photo of the driveway is a little deceiving and looks bigger-- but it's a small, short driveway. So glad there was space inside for 1 car. Communication with the owner was easy. They sent lots of emails and texts, and notified us of issues at the house (nothing huge but good to know). Easy access and easy to lock up at the end. Thanks so much for making our celebration special.

We loved our stay at the LX20 home. It was very clean and the space was lovely with windows providing surrounding views of trees, sunlight, mountains and of course, Lake Tahoe. There are finishes that are dated and worn, but the large bedrooms, huge game room, beautiful hot tub and access to the beach make it very comfortable and a special place we would happily revisit. One caveat: this house has, I think, five floors, so it is not for anyone who can't do stairs.

No notes. Exactly as advertised. Julio and Zorka were fantastic to work with. I appreciated their flexibility on check in and check out to accommodate my last minutes travel changes. I highly recommend this property and the whole Luxevaca team. Overall, a professionally run rental company and beautiful spot on the lake. Would book again. 5/5

A spacious home with amazing views! Closest to the lake as you can get! Family fun for all ages on your private sand beach! We had one of our most memorable family friendly vacations at this property! Julio, our contact, was just fantastic with his communication for our entire stay. He even dropped off an electric pump! The home has a very large deck with fire pit and gas grill to watch the glorious sunsets off the lake. The property is complete with 3 Kayaks, life vests and be sure to bring a pump to inflate the many lake tubes and toys. After the sun goes down, enjoy a round of pool, soak in the indoor jacuzzi or make s'mores on the deck. Only a short drive from the South Tahoe action of restaurants and casinos! This is a tall home with many steps to get to the different levels.
