Luxury villa with XL jacuzzi and heatable pool

Villa Royal Mill truly offers everything needed for a large group holiday. The heated pool and XL jacuzzi were highlights, and the property felt both spacious and comfortable. Communication with the team was excellent. We also booked a jeep safari tour, which was a great addition to our trip.

We travelled as multiple families and this villa worked perfectly. The number of bathrooms made everything very practical, and the outdoor space was fantastic for gathering together. We also arranged grocery delivery before arrival, which was very convenient for such a large group.

We had an amazing week at Villa Royal Mill. The property is spacious, well maintained and perfect for large gatherings. Watching the sunset from the terrace was unforgettable. The team was very helpful throughout. We also enjoyed dinner at Algarbe restaurant, which we highly recommend.

This villa is ideal for big groups. There was more than enough space for everyone, and the outdoor games area kept both adults and children entertained. The heated pool was used every day. We also booked a boat tour through the company, which was a fantastic experience.

We booked this villa for a special celebration and it was absolutely perfect. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms made everything very comfortable for our group. The outdoor space, especially the jacuzzi and terraces, made the stay even more special. We also booked a private chef for one evening, which was fantastic.

Property was not ready at check in time, cleaners were still there 1.5 hours after check in and the manager told us it happens every week, surely check in time should be changed or additional cleaners bought in? Pool was very green and cloudy for the first 3 days of our holiday. Property is quite run down and a lots of things broken and in need of repair. We were then charged for umbrellas which were already broken when we arrived but we unfortunately did not report or take a photo.

We stayed at Villa Royal Mill as a large family group and it exceeded all expectations. The space was incredible, with plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. The heated pool and outdoor areas were a highlight for us all. We also arranged an airport transfer for the group, which made arrival very smooth.

Our family of 25 spent a week at Villa Royal Mill, and it was an incredible experience. The villa had everything we needed and more. The rooms were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the outdoor space was amazing. The kids loved the game area, while the adults enjoyed the jacuzzi and the large pool. It’s rare to find a place that can host such a big group so comfortably. Highly recommended for big familiesgroups of friends.

We stayed at Villa Royal Mill with a group of friends and family, and it was absolutely perfect. The villa is huge, clean, and beautifully decorated. There was plenty of space for everyone, and the pool and jacuzzi were the highlights of our trip. The outdoor area was ideal for relaxing, barbecuing, and enjoying the Algarve sun. The location was also great, just a few minutes from Albufeira and the beach. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our group holiday.

Villa Royal Mill was beyond our expectations. The size of the property is impressive, and everything is very well maintained. We especially enjoyed having our own space while still being together as a group. The sunsets from the terraces were stunning, and the staff was super helpful. It’s the perfect villa for anyone looking for comfort, privacy, and fun near Albufeira.

Property is large and accommodated our group perfectly (10 couples), enabling most to have their own bathroom. Not all rooms have air con, and it would have been helpful to have had a floor plan of the property to enable us to allocate rooms in advance. The outside space is great and where we spent most of our time, making use of the bbq, pool and hot tub. Helpful outside toilet - an outside fridge would be good to avoid the trips to the kitchen! Ubers approx €8 for the 10min trip to the marina - good meals at Fat Cats and San Martino. We ate locally at Mira Campo, cafe Sofimil (great for a coffee, ham & cheese toastie / cake), Sol Nascente (Churrasqueira) for a reasonably priced meal (the garlic prawns were a hit) and also the wine tasting at Qta do Canhoto - all walking distance. There was no welcome folder with local info. Intermarche is a 10-15min walk and Uber back (€4). We did online shop with Apollonia having been advised that this was the most reliable supermarket. The kitchen is well equipped but could do with a good set of plastic glasses for outside and some tall glass tumblers for drinks in doors. The showers aren’t very powerful and need replacing. We had to ask for more sunbed mattresses, coat hangers and towels (mid week) - knowing the group size this should not have been necessary. Pool towels provided despite being told otherwise! Pool needs cleaning more than once per week & contact with local agent in advance of trip and during trip would have helped!
