Luxury villa with waterfront, boat dock and heated pool!

Home was very clean! Exactly as pictured. The local contact Mike was also great and very responsive to questions. The pool was a little chilly at this time of year but that was just due to the weather- nothing on the owners end (listing was accurate). Would most definitely stay here again!!

Excellent. In the last 25 years of renting vacation homes in S.W Florida this one has to have been the best !!! The owners are really nice and their onsite contact is great too.Beautiful, quiet and private location and yet it is only 5/10 minute drive to all the stores you will ever need.The property itself is to a high standard and has everything you would expect and more. Exceptionally clean and very well laid out. Great pride has been taken in this lovely home.Nature is everywhere, from the fishing dock we saw a small gator, 4 foot shark tons of lovely coloured birds.Walking the neighbourhood we came across Tortoises everyday.Many thanks to our hosts Frank and Ute. We will certainly return again and again as this place is SUPERB. Pool area is fantastic, complete with BBQ and views to the intersecting canals. Cannot put into words the feeling of complete relaxation and joy we got here. Loved it xx

The property is in a very quiet area with few neighbors. The home is as good if not better than the pictures and very clean. Owner's local contact is super-responsive. We spent many mornings on the pool deck sipping mimosas and watching the sunrise over the canal. Peaceful, relaxing, and a short distance to town for shopping. A half hour to Venice and gulf beaches.

Although we arrived the day before Milton and stayed the first night after chatting with Mike we decided to evacuated down to Miami for two nights, on our return, Mike again was sorting all the issues left from the storm even cleaning all the windows. The villa was wonderful and clean the pool lovely and warm, we definitely want to return, the area is lovely but we will aim for May/June next thankyou for letting us share your beautiful villa

Lovely setting and outlook for our holiday. The outside of the property looked a bit untidy by the end of our two week stay due to the grass not being cut. Our children had hours of fun in the pool. Pool toys and beach umbrella provided in the garage. Very peaceful location but easy access to local attractions.

The house was exactly as it was pictured.. very modern and beautiful. Had all the amenities of home. The pool was such a nice bonus to have when the teens got bored or we just need some down time from exploring.

Property exactly as advertised. Ive been renting similar properties thru vrbo at least once a year for past 8 years. This was cleanest and best equipped in my experience. Check-in was super easy and Michael was wonderful about ensuring all was ok. I have been in property management for over 30 years so i speak with knowledge about the property itself as well as the management. I will be back.

I want to start this review by saying that this villa is absolutely fantastic and is in a great location for some peace and quiet. The view from the pool/lanai is the best I have ever seen in the last 40 years of renting villas. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you would require. There is a double garage where the owner has a car stowed, however this did not cause any problems, as there was ample room for two cars. The nearest neighbour was 500 yards away, so no noise from them. Like I said if you want peace and quiet, this is the place for you. The bed in the main room was very springy which disturbed your partner with every movement. These next comments are not meant to put people off renting this villa, but for the owners to improve their accommodation for future renters. The villa has three bedroom, which could hold at least six guest, however there were only two sun beds next to the pool and because they had no cushions they were very uncomfortable. The pool had steps leading in, however a handrail would have been very useful, especially for older guests, my wife and I fell in a couple of times getting in and out. The property only has satellite TV and Internet. Both of these were the worst I have ever come across. The selection of TV channels and the picture lag were dreadful, making the TV almost redundant. I hope these remarks do not put future guests off, equally I hope the owner looks at my comments to improve his beautiful villa.

The house was amazing. Walking in the front door we were greeted with high ceilings, updated furniture and a great view of the pool area and water front canal. Our stay centered around the solar heated salt water pool. The pool overlooks the water front canal at the intersection of 2 canals giving an large view of the water. Our stay was for the month of April and the solar pool heater worked great. By mid-afternoon, the pool water had heated up to 86/88 degrees each day. The pool pump motor happen to fail during our stay, but it was replaced/repaired the next day. I still cannot believe that it got repaired so quick! Big thanks to the owner/local contact! Eating our meals at the pool deck table was like eating at the best seat at a waterfront restaurant. Hence, the local restaurants did not get a lot business from us. There were plenty of fish to catch in the canal behind the house. Most were catfish of very good size. There were many other fish jumping about. Our favorite beach in Florida/US is Siesta Key and we went there several times (1 hour drive away). We also visited Manasota Key Beach (30 min drive) many times. Manasota Key is noted for finding shark teeth. We also catch several fish there. The house was well equipped and everything worked perfect. We hope to rent this house again in the future.
