Luxury Villa with Views of Lake Bracciano, Available During Holidays

A wonderful place to stay! The views over the lake are breathtaking, the house is spacious and clean, and there are so many areas to sit and relax… the terrace, the balcony, the pergola, up by the pool. Trevignano is a lovely town, and we really enjoyed exploring the surrounding villages, too. Tess was super helpful. Would highly recommend this place for a relaxing, non-touristy trip to Italy.

beautiful. The area around Trevigiano Romana is fascinating and diverse. There's so much to explore and numerous ancient objects to see. The proximity to Rome is great, and it's easy to reach by train. But the best thing is the house; you just feel at home here, especially in the beautifully landscaped garden. The house has everything you need, and there are plenty of shops nearby. The hostess is super friendly and happy to give tips on where to eat. The manager, Tess, is also very friendly, and the process of finding the house was seamless, and everything was explained well. All in all, anyone looking to relax should definitely consider this place for peace and relaxation. We will definitely come back to explore the rest of this beautiful area. Lovely accommodation, very well appointed villa in a perfect location. Travelled to Rome, Osia and Assisi from here. Pool days were very relaxing at the house, the house is cooled by the lake breeze and the views from every window are stunning.

Positives - The villa is beautiful, perfect views over the lake. The swimming pool was fantastic to have in the hot summer days and with the umbrellas up gave us adequate shade from the sun. The kitchen was well stocked with all things that we would need. The bathrooms were well appointed and lovely. It was such a plus to have the air conditioning on at night as it never really got cool. The area was beautiful with many restaurants, gelato places and bars. We had lovely walks along the water front before and after eating. The two nearby villages were lovely too, our favourite was Angulillara where we stayed on the beach and swam in the lake. The restaurants and bars there were also nice. We also drove to the beach which was about an hour away. If we ever returned we would definitely book into this villa again it was that lovely. Negatives - It would have been nice to have an umbrella and blanket that we could have taken to the lake or the beach but that did not ruin anything. Also it would have been good if the pool had been cleaned and topped up after we had been there a week as the level went down a lot obviously with the sun and there were a lot of leaves and bugs in it towards the end of the 10 days. Overall - We would definitely give this villa 10/10 and would definitely return and recommend to anyone that is to visit the area. It is in a perfect location for everything.

The grill area was an absolute delight and played a central role in creating memorable evenings. We enjoyed many delicious meals while soaking in the tranquil surroundings. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Tess, who was an absolute gem throughout our stay. Her responsiveness and willingness to assist with any queries or concerns were truly commendable. Her friendly demeanor made us feel welcome and taken care of, enhancing our overall experience. In conclusion, I can wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone seeking a fantastic getaway. We loved everything about this property- the location, cleanliness, how spacious and beautiful it was, the swimming pool and sauna. It had absolutely everything we needed and check in process with Tess was smooth. We wish we could stay longer than 2 weeks and hope to return again soon.

Trevignano is stunning so many places to explore away from the crowds of Rome! The Villa was great and Tess the host was perfect! I would love to visit again one day
