Luxury Villa with Private Pool & Sea Views - walking distance from Moraira

Just had fantastic week at Casa Con Vista. Check in and communication with Grant (host) was fantastic. It is clearly a well loved place and we loved our stay. The villa is well equipped, lovely kitchen with large fridge/freezer. Loved the shaded bbq seating area. Pool is great and views you can’t stop looking at. You can walk into Moraira quite easily, yes there are a few up hill bits on way back, but we didn’t mind this at all. Local restaurant Hilltop which is 10 mins away has good food and lovely staff. Grant is an exceptional host. The area is fantastic, we explored all along coast and even ventured to Valencia for the day. We would love to return here as we all loved the place!

A home away from home. Grant was very accommodating during our visit. The x box gaming room was amazing and a great space for teenagers. All rooms are a good size, pool is great and for those with sensitive skin it’s shady from 5pm onwards so you get restbite from sun.We enjoyed it. Good facilities, has all you need and grant is always on hand to help. It is a 20 min walk into town but if you have a walking disability please note the villa is up two steep hills on the way back. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The property and the owners were both wonderful, we had an amazing time, all instructions were easy to follow and the villa provided a fabulous base for exploring the area. A car is really helpful for getting out and about, you can walk to the town centre for evenings out but the bays on each side of Moraira are worth the effort.

We spent the month of August at Casa con Vista and the Villa was perfect. I cannot speak highly enough of Grant (owner) and Grant (different guy…property manager). Their attention to detail & customer service is a 10 out of 10. Loved our stay so much, already booked for next year.

We hired the villa this summer with 7 friends. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The house is beautiful and big. The private pool is big either and gives a nice sightseeing point. We had good contact with the house managers and they were very nice. There were also enough bathrooms, and the house was clean. Overall there are less complains about the villa. The only thing we would like to recommend is about the amount of towels. Yes, of course there is a washing machine, but we al didn’t really know how to use it. So unfortunately we all showered and went to the pool and sea with only one towel. Furthermore there is nothing else to complain. This was an amazing vacation in a wonderfull accommodation.

I hired the villa with friends to celebrate my 30th birthday in style and I have to say this holiday more than exceeded my expectations. The villa is in a great location, about a 15min walk to nearby Moraira which is buzzing with excellent restaurants and culture. We loved the beach in Moraira; there are loungers to hire and the nearby beach bar will set you up with a great mojito. The villa itself is gorgeous and spacious for seven adults. A couple of friends enjoyed watching the Wimbledon final in the projector room which was a remarkable feature for a holiday home. The pool was bigger than I expected, and the lounger area was ideal for catching some sun. We really enjoyed using the BBQ and side terrace a few times during our trip. Grant was an excellent host, so helpful responsive and friendly. It really does make all the difference. The seven of us had a brilliant time in Moraira, highlights would include snorkeling at the beach, popping along to Calp for a catamaran boat trip and relaxing at the luxurious villa. We left this holiday sad to be returning to rainy Scotland but sure we will hire this villa again sometime in the future!

Fantastic property, location, facilities and exceptional views, Wow ! I would absolutely recommend this brilliant villa in Moraira. What a find and excellent value for such a high end villa. The pool was such a great addition to the villa. A 15 min walk into Moraira and sandy beech. Our stay was too short, only 4 nights. We had a fantastic time in this villa. It is a superbly situated villa with stunning views over Moraira and out to sea. The villa was spotlessly clean on arrival. Very modern and tastefully furnished throughout and equipped with everything we required and much more! Very hi-tec with various smart home devices and a ceiling mounted projector in the front terrace room for large screen viewing, Outside there is an excellent BBQ area for dining covered by a pergola and steps leading down to the private pool with a large sun terrace area. The kids especially enjoyed time in the pool in the evenings with the remotely controlled underwater coloured disco pools lights. A ten-minute walk gets you into the centre of Moraira which has an impressive marina, an excellent variety of local shops, markets, restaurants and bars - and best of all has still managed to preserve its Spanish character. The unexpected welcome pack on arrival was very much appreciated. The owners of this villa certainly pride themselves on attention to detail and the service both before, during, and after our holiday was second to none. We will most definitely return to this villa in the future.

I’ve stayed at Casa von Vista with 5 friends of mine and I can definitely say that we had a great time! Grant is a really friendly and courteous host and requests are answered quickly. The villa itself is in great condition and has really modern large bathrooms and a nice kitchen area. The view from the villa is definitely worth the stay. All in all I can only recommend the villa and I’m sure that whoever stays here will enjoy it.
