The property was secure, with modern amenities and roomy compares to hotels. It was my first time staying in a vacation rental with this site. I had several struggles learning the expectations from the app. When I finally overcame that hurdle all else went with ease. The units address was not listed on GPS map, so the struggle was frustrating. The home itself was as advertised with the bonus of having welcome snacks and coffee/tea selections. The neighbors were very friendly as well. I would definitely book again when i return to the area.

Very nice property and host l. Fell in love with the place we didn’t want to leave. Host is very helpful and quick to respond. Easy access to stores and other activities, I highly recommend this place.

At first I was hit with a very warm welcoming from our very own smiling host Lesreen....the property was everything you could dream of it was like being in my comfort zone..making me not missing home at all..I've been Jamaica 15 times and this has been the very best and that was down to the property its everything that it sets out to be which was on the itinerary and more even the owner of the property was so good he contacted us to make sure we was settled and that we had everything to our comfort especially because i travelled with my 85yr old mother ..and if I needed to know anything I could always get Winston on the phone and he was always helpful honestly saying this is the place to be especially if your travelling with an elderly person..the property even had Netflix..also shops are nearby..you can request a driver that works with the property and also they have a personal chef..for this it's a 5 star all the way from start to finish not just the property but the service that was provided was on point so I would like to say thank you so muchfor your hospitality and lovely property Lesreen and Winston I will be back and I will letting friends know..BIG SHOUT OUT TO YOU 2

On the first day I woke up to water on the floor from a flooded toilet. Slipped and almost fell and hurt myself. Should have been a sign. Then it continued with daily calls and whats app text from the home owner to turn the lights off the lights or to tell you how many visitors you had at the unit or to report on everything that you did or did not do while he and his spouse spied on you remotely from the UK. There was constant spying on everything you did while there. Even though the unit is advertised as suitable for 6, the homeowner tried to nickle and dime for every person not on the original reservation. Then in the midst of the vacation they wanted payment for any night you had an additional guest even though you did not exceed 6. Then when we made an offer to cover the cost of the additional guest and he accepted, he changed his mind about the amount the next day and wanted payment to be made to a bank in Jamaica where you were required to stand in line for hours which I refused to do. A screw fell out of a door knob and we simply screwed it back in after locating the screw yet his housekeeper described that as extensive damage. The sofa was riddled with holes that were covered in duct tape by the owner or his house keeper and sewn up prior to our arrival. When you sit on the cheap sofa, the fabric cracked and the housekeeper and homeowner claimed that we damaged the sofa. There was a ding in the wall that was there prior to our arrival and on the housekeeper one day claimed we damaged the wall. Vacation from hell. And to add insult to injury even though we paid the exorbitant cost for 2 additional guest and offered to cover the minor scratches on the sofa, the owner sent us an e mail one morning advising we had till 3.pm to vacate his property even though we had 7 days remaining on our vacation and then he remotely locked us out of the unit. He also sent menacing looking men to the unit to intimidate us until we left that day Luckily I was in a position to find alternative accomadation for my family and found alternative housing at a moments notice. All I would say to anyone who is looking to book this unit, unless you are looking for the vacation from hell and you want to be spied on with no privacy while you are on vacation, please do not rent this unit. I am taking appropriate legal action against the homeowner .Stay away from this rental.
