Luxury Villa south facing-Beach 500m-Private heated pool-English TV-WiFi-BBQ

Marie and Franck were fantastic hosts, friendly and welcoming and gave a lot of information at check in and also throughout our stay about local events/restaurants etc. We had the pool heated and used it almost everyday, It's a really good sized pool to get a swim done, the pool is really well maintained by Franck. The villa was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, nothing was too much trouble for Marie and Franck. Very enjoyable stay and we would like to book again in the future, Recommended 5*

Fantastic from start to finish. Communication with Marie was great, we were even able to get into the villa a little bit earlier. The villa was spotlessly clean and had some brilliant little touches such as dishwasher tablets, washing pods & conditioner, hand soap and a little welcome pack in the fridge. The pool area was excellent with plenty room to spread out and the gas grill plate was well used, so much better than a barbeque (and easier to clean!!). its unusual to get such a large Villa within walking distance of all shops, bars and also the sea. Marie gave us some tips on places to eat and things to do, a truly wonderful host. We discovered Santiago De La Ribera in June when we were staying in Los Alcazares and having found this beautiful villa we will definitely stay here again. We have stayed in mant Villas and apartments all over Spain and this is by far the best one we have ever stayed in, thank you Marie for letting us have your fantastic Villa

We have just returned from a wonderful week staying here. The villa was amazing and the outside space was great and very big. The pool was wonderful much bigger than the pictures. There were supermarkets just 10 minutes up the road you can walk too along with the beach, bars and restaurants close by all within walking distance. Marie and Frank were lovely waiting to welcome us and also left us a great welcome hamper. They were on hand to answer any questions. We will be back.

This is the best villa we have ever stayed in. Marie and Franck are the kindest people meeting us, sorting transfers and would be there in an instance if we had needed anything. The villa was fully equiped with everything you could need and much more with an exceptional pool and outdoor area. We didn't need the TV or any of the books or games provided as we spent all our time outside eating, cooking and relaxing. We will definitely be returning again which is something we never do. Plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, places to get coffee right on the beach.

A wonderful 3 generation holiday!A really spacious villa. Spotlessly clean. Very well equipped with everything you could need, including a big outside fridge freezer! Loads of outside space, chairs, tables and sun beds. Large, clean pool, which the grandchildren spent nearly all holiday in!A quiet residential area, which felt really safe. A small, but well stocked supermarket 2 minutes walk away, which does lovely cooked chicken. Lovely popular restaurant 5 mins walk away. Seafront, with a wide sandy beach and many bars and restaurants a 10/15 minute stroll away.Marie, the owner always on hand, for any queries. We had a great holiday and will return for sure….

Lovely villa, close to shops, bars and beach, hosts are brilliant, nothing too much trouble and will chat to you before and whilst you stay, pool and aircon were brilliant, would like to go back….Bonus of some essentials there on arrival as we landed late at night

We had a very nice week in the villa as a family of 7 ranging from age 17 to 79. Villa was very clean and well appointed with everything you would need. The outdoor area was great - big pool, gas BBQ, table tennis etc. Marie the owner was helpful and welcoming and answered all our questions promptly - she also booked us a taxi from the airport and left some basis food for breakfast we were arriving late at night. There are a few restaurants within a short walk or more near the beach which is around 15 mins walk. We could drive to a number of golf courses which were absolutely stunning and reasonably priced for Spain. Many thanks for a great holiday!

We’ve just returned from a 11 night stay at this villa, two families with children ranging from 10yo to 20 months. What a great place to stay, the villa has everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked, the outdoor kitchen was a great addition. We opted to have the pool heated and were so glad we did, the children rarely left it! The rooms were all nice with very comfortable beds and soft furnishings. Marie and Francke were great hosts, sorting our transfers from the airport and on hand with any queries we had. The villa is in a great location with an Aldi and Lidl within walking distance and a slightly longer walk the other way to the beach. I would recommend this villa to anyone seeking a place for a family get together.

We had the best time staying in this beautiful villa. The pool was lovely, my grandson loved it and it was big enough for the 6 of us. The villa was spacious with plenty of outside space. We would highly recommend staying here. Hosts were helpful and answered any questions promptly.

This is a very well equipped villa that has been tastefully designed. It has everything you would ever need and has a great pool. The owners are very approachable - would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending.

We had the most wonderful Christmas getaway. Even before our stay, the hosts were incredibly helpful, promptly answering all our questions and ensuring we had all the information we needed. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail truly set the tone for a fantastic holiday.The villa itself was perfect—warm, cozy, and so comfortable, even during the winter months. Everything was so well thought out, creating a relaxing and homely atmosphere for our families, with plenty of space for all eight of us.The children absolutely loved the pool and made the most of it every single day. It was a real highlight for them and kept them happily entertained throughout our stay.We couldn’t recommend this villa more highly and are so grateful for such a memorable holiday. We highly recommed this lovely villa and the hosts Marie and Franck. The villa is incredibly spacious, spotlessly clean and has all the home comforts you need. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms and living areas are comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. The highlight of this villa is the outside space. There is a comfortable seating area and lots of sunbeds for everyone to enjoy in shade or sun, depending on your preference. The pool is fantastic and with the pool heating we were able to enjoy swimming from early morning to late evening. The villa is in a peaceful location, but perfectly located for a short stroll to the beach, with several bars and restaurants in close vicinity. Within a short drive there are lots of other small towns which are all very pleasant to stroll around and enjoy the various markets that are on. We didn't venture further afield but larger towns such as Murcia and Cartagena are also fairly close so lots to see and do. Marie and Franck are excellent hosts and were very responsive when we had queries or questions. We had an amazing holiday and hope to return very soon!

I couldn’t rate this villa any more highly. Amazing pool kept our children happy all day from the morning till the evening. Some days we only went out for lunch/dinner and otherwise stayed in enjoying the outdoor space or watching a movie etc. This is home from home. Nothing is too much trouble and if ever needed owner is very quick to response back. Kitchen has everything you need and the small touches like washing tabs and dishwasher tablets etc made the stay very easy. Location is great, quiet but still shops, beach and restaurants near by. Weekly market also close by which we enjoyed.We are definitely hoping to come back and this time longer.

We have recently returned from what can only be considered as a truly unforgettable experience. This was made possible by not only the Villa but also the level of attention, care, communication and professionalism by Marie and Franck. They were dream hosts and couldn't ask for anymore. The welcome basket to immediate response ensured our holiday was the success it was. What a truly stunning villa whereby the photos do not do it justice. Absolutely everything you could think of was present and more. The highlight of the Villa was the 10m swimming pool. What an absolute delight and perfect temperature to cool you down from the Spanish Sun. Location was great as didn't require a car to the beach (10 min walk) or Aldi (10 min walk). I couldn't recommend this Villa and hosts enough and I'm very confident you will make the right choice in choosing this stunning Villa.

The Villa was perfect for us. There were 7 of us aged between 1 and 81 and we had everything we needed, all appliances are of a high standard. The location is great too, not a tourist hot-spot but plenty of good bars and restaurants. Everyone loved the pool which seemed to be the perfect size.

Stayed for 11 nights in July. Nice and clean house that meests expectations from pictures and decription fully. Very helpfull and nice hostes - Marie and Franck. Many shopping posibilities in the area and a short walk for aboute 10 minuts to the beach. Would recommend to everyone.
