Luxury Villa, private swimming pool only 300 meters to the center of town

We stayed in Alvor for a month, the home is beautiful and has everything one needs. Unfortunately, we needed to leave early and head home to Italy. Thank you for having us!

Great location, really nice house with perfect swimming pool for kids and adults.

We had an amazing stay in a beautiful Villa in a nice neighborhood with everything you need close by! Only down part was the hygiene. We had some trouble with hairs, stains and bugs in the bed. It also lacked some basics, like toiletpaper & handgel.

The house was fantastic. Perfect for our family getaway. Great pool and facilities.

Enjoyed every minute of our stay. Lovely property and within easy reach of the town. Quite a walk to the beach with little ones but didn't bother us at all. Just a couple of small things. The beds were quite uncomfortable and the wooden bed surround was very squeaky. And also some of the kitchen utensils desperately need renewing. But overall we had a wonderful time.

We have just returned from a week in alvor and a fantastic stay here. The villa is so spacious and in an excellent location, only a 5 minute walk to the center of Alvor. Lena is an absolute lady and couldn't have done any more for our family. She brought toys and inflatables for the kids and even had a spare buggy for us when it turned out we needed an extra one. We are hoping to return next year

My family all travelled together to celebrate my husband and my 40th wedding anniversary June/July. Helena was an excellent host and was always available if we needed anything. The villa had everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable and the air-conditioning was very welcoming during the very hot weather as was the lovely pool and outside area. Location could not have been better only a short walk into town and a little further to the each but very doable. Supermarket at the end of the road was very handyThanks again Helena and we will definitely return.

Good location in the heart of Alvor. Property manager good communication. Nice overall stay.

We had a lovely stay at this villa. Lena was a very nice and friendly lady. The rooms were all perfect and plenty if bathrooms. We used the outside table mostly for foid and drinks nice in the shade. Pool area was a lovely place to relax very quiet. We will definitely been back.

My family and I had a lovely 16 night stay. Villa had everything we needed. It is in a great location, close to shops and restaurants.From we booked until we left, communication with Maria was quick and easy. Would definitely book again.

Large villa, great pool, close to all amenities and town centre. Maria was always available to us with good advise on restaurants / supermarkets. Ask for the pool lights, makes a great backdrop.

Fantastic Villa 5 min walk to shops and pubs, but out of the way on a quiet one way side street. Hostess Maria Helena was fantastic and nothing was a problem for her. She even baked me a cake for my 60th birthday. Would recommend the Villa to anyone planning a visit to Alvor.

Check inn easy, great location for bars/restaurants/beach. Satisfied with the stay and would return.

Fantastic stay in a spacious villa in great location for everything we needed. Perfect for our family.

We had a wonderful stay in the villa it is close to the village via a short hill. The check in and out was easy and without a hitch. The pool area is well maintained.The pool beds are sturdy and comfortable the one suggestion that I would make is pool lights for night time. The villa is well equipped with kitchen utensils pots pans etc The villa would benefit with some small improvements. I know it’s self catering but a small welcome/supply pack would be very welcome to all visitors .This was our first villa holiday we enjoyed it so much but There were no cleaning products although when I asked for a lend of a vacuum cleaner it came very quickly. The toilet seat in main bedroom is all cracked underneath the seat I did not expect this, it made the villa less appealing. There was some mold around the bath and showers this could be easily fixed and make it more appealing . This villa could be so special if it had small improvements. The lady who owns it is friendly and gave my grandson a few inflatables to play with in the pool.which we greatly appreciated. The owner lives near by and is very responsive to guests.

Location good but the pool area was filthy on arrival and the bathrooms looked like they had not been cleaned at all. Floors all dirty and had not been mopped. Most of the furniture etc needs updating. Good access to Alvor on foot and supermarket close by. Plenty of outside space.
