This beautifully designed 2,000 sq. ft. retreat features 3 spacious bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests, making it perfect for families, friends, or festival groups looking for a stylish and relaxing stay.

This home is not child proof there is no supervision, no life guard, and no diving.
Take an easy stroll to the Public Tournament Clubhouse and to Ernie's Bar & Grill. Listen to live festival music minutes away at Empire Polo Club, Coachella, and Stagecoach. Fish and hike in the 710- acre Lake Cahuilla Recreation Area nearby.

The Master Suite has a King size bed, a 43 TV an over sized en-suite bathroom with dual sinks, separate walk in shower. Direct access to the pool.

The living room opens up to your own private outdoor desert paradise with something for the entire group. High performance Misting system including the pool. The beautifully landscaped backyard features an outdoor sitting and a dining table, a fire pit, and BBQ.

This home is fully furnished with cable TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). for streaming your favorite Apps. Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, Coffee maker, toaster, blender, panini maker and more.
A Universal EV Tesla Fast charger that works with other EV Vehicles.

KITCHEN:
Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.).

HOUSE SUPPLIES:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry pods and dryer sheets.

OTHER ITEMS:
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron.

Guest access
COMMUNITY ACCESS:
You will have access to the community pool as well. Outdoor living/BBQ area, Fitness center, Bocce ball and shuffleboard. (Key FOBs are in the home)

LOCATION:
Less than 4 miles from the Empire Polo Grounds; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is close with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 15 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.

GUEST ACCESS-
Guests have access to the entire estate. The villa is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the estate through your entire stay. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!

- FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS -
WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT
Check in is after 3PM local time, and check out is 11AM. Early check in and late check out may be available for your reservation. There is no extra fee for early check in, or, late check out (If we can accommodate your request, we most certainly will!)

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER/OWNER TO GET A KEY
Our homes are keyless entry, we issue a “code” rather than a physical key, however we will be there to meet you in person and check you in if preferred or if your staying longer than 5 days. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE
Cleaning is performed at the end of your stay. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED
Yes, during the winter our pools are kept at 84 degrees and the hot tub is at 101 degrees for $50 per day.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS
Our home is fully furnished and has a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, Nespresso/Keurig coffee maker, toaster and blender. It is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker is a Nespresso or Keurig and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.

CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home, we do not have mailbox keys, and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS
Yes we do have speakers Indoor and outdoor for your enjoyment during the hours of 9AM-10PM. Our home has noise limit requirements set by the HOA. Guest could be fined up to $2500 per day if there is noise after 10 AM.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS
Yes we do allow pets. Pet-friendly (certain hypoallergenic dogs, nominal fee)
