Luxury villa near Saint Tropez, Swimming Pool, Big Garden Super sea view, 220m2

The house is simply amazing. Everything is in excellent shape and super clean. We loved the en-suite bathrooms (especially with teenagers); the outdoor space is simply stunning and the views are spectacular. Highly recommend the house and will for sure come back. Not to forget: Caroline and Werner are perfect hosts. We travel to the area once a year for more than 15 years and this place was by far our all-time favorite.

The house and gardens were absolutely lovely and the view over Cavalaire sur Mer towards the sea was stunning! We enjoyed playing 'petanque', swimming and relaxing by the pool. We cooked most evenings and it was warm enough to sit outside and eat on the spacious patio. There are lovely beaches no more than 25 mins drive, many vignorons selling great rose wine and a wonderful Carrefour which has every ingredient you could possibly need. The only thing I would recommend to the host is to provide separate towels for the pool.

The view is outstanding, the garden and pool fantastic and very well kept, the house is nice and most importantly the landlord does really everything to make you feel at home: welcome drinks in the frigerator (beer, wine, coke), coffe for the first days, soap, shower gel and shampoo in every bathroom. We spent two wonderful weeks there and want to thank the landlord very much!

Werners Villa is a beautiful estate with an extensive garden, spectacular sea-view and all amenities you might want. I can only recommend it. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back.

My wife and I stayed here for a wonderfully relaxing week in autumn 2019. The villa is private, spacious, elegant, quiet and luxurious - and that view is truly exceptional. The pool is a great size too. You could use the property as a base for exploring the region, or stock up on food and decamp there for your entire trip to really make the most of it. Werner is a perfect host and everything from booking to checkout was easy. Overall, highly recommended. We’d love to return.

We had very nice holidays in this house, with the awesome view!

We (2 plus one small dog) spent two wonderful weeks at Mas du Rigaud in Sept/Oct 2018. The owner was exceptionally kind and helpful and we really got the impression that he genuinely wants every guest to feel at home. He immediately responded to every single email and WhatsApp, inquired after our wellbeing during our stay and promptly retransferred the deposit. Upon arrival the fridge was thoughtfully stocked with complimentary beverages and all beds were made up. The house was spotless, even the throw pillows and blankets were freshly laundered. The house is beautifully situated, completely private and peaceful - the garden is more like a park, really. In the case of Mas Du Rigaud, reality exceeds the high expectations you involuntarily have from the photos provided. That is due to the fact that everything doesn`t only look spectacular, but it really works as well (electric gates and fences, water pressure, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, barbecue, frequently serviced very clean and silent pool with pool alarm for small children, etc.). Do keep the kitchen tidy in order to keep the ant population at bay, and maybe bring fly screens for bedroom and bathroom windows (there are some mosquitos, moths etc. and we were glad we brought some). The house is fully equipped to spend a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Cavalaire is not especially beautiful, however it is close (5mn. drive) and provides excellent supermarkets/ shops and there is a market every Wednesday. Fresh fish can be bought almost every day at the port. There are numerous restaurants and bars as well. The walk into town is easy and for the most part along quiet roads - back up the hill is not quite that easy, but manageable. 100 per cent. recommended for a peaceful, relaxing and memorable vacation. My husband and I and our 2 children had a fantastic stay at this villa. It is situated on a hilltop with magnificent views over the bay of Cavalaire Sur Mer. The villa itself is very modern and has everything that you could need. Werner was a wonderful host and very quickly responded to our needs. You would need a car when staying at this villa but I highly recommend it and look forward to visiting again.
