Villa Mare & Luce are located on the Pelješac Peninsula, in the central part of this renowned wine region surrounded by vineyards and the crystal-clear Adriatic Sea. These two luxury villas are situated next to each other and together offer a total of 436 m2 of living space and more than 700 m2 of private outdoor area. Each villa has its own private swimming pool, and together they can accommodate up to 12 guests, making them an ideal choice for larger families or groups of friendswho want to spend their holiday together while still enjoying privacy.

Each villa features three elegantly designed bedrooms with private en-suite bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. All bedrooms are equipped with comfortable king-size beds (180 × 200 cm), and all rooms in both villas are fully air-conditioned. The modern interior design, carefully selected materials and warm details create a relaxing and luxurious atmosphere where guests can truly unwind.

On the ground floor of each villa there is a spacious living area that combines the living room, dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen in an elegant open-space concept. The kitchens include all necessary appliances for preparing delicious meals, while the dining areas provide the perfect place for shared moments and gatherings. The comfortable living rooms are ideal for relaxing while reading a book, watching movies and series or simply enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.

Large glass walls connect the interior with spacious terraces and swimming pools while offering beautiful views of the sea and surrounding vineyards. Each villa has its own private pool, perfect for refreshing swims during warm summer days, while the outdoor terraces are ideal for sunbathing, relaxing in the lounge area or preparing barbecue meals and enjoying evenings with family and friends. By the pool in each villa there are three sun loungers and one large sun umbrella.

Guests can also enjoy additional amenities such as a fitness area, sauna and billiards, making the stay even more enjoyable. Guests have 6 bicycles and 2 SUP boards at their disposal. The proximity of the sea and beautiful beaches, just a few minutes away, allows guests to experience the crystal-clear water and breathtaking sea views.

The Pelješac Peninsula is famous for its vineyards, excellent wines and rich gastronomy. During their stay, guests can enjoy wine tastings of the renowned Dingač and Postup wines as well as the world-famous Ston oysters. The peninsula also offers many opportunities for active holidays such as cycling, hiking and exploring unspoiled nature. The historic town of Ston is known for its impressive walls, once the second longest defensive walls in the world after the Great Wall of China.
