Stayed Jan 30, 2023The house is very large and comfortable, although some details were lacking: the hot tub in the master bedroom had no plug, so couldn't be used; the air conditioner in the master bedroom was not functioning properly (it was repaired quickly, though), some of the curtains didn't open, and there was no butler as mentioned in the house description. But on the whole, we were quite happy. We liked the Cap Cana area a lot - it is a quiet area with beautiful villas and nature, and tennis and horseback riding very close by. Sonia, the housekeeper was very pleasant and good, Yaney - the chef we hired separately - was wonderful. Ingrid, the property manager, was always available and extremely helpful. By the way, Google Maps does not work well in the area and gives the wrong directions from the airport.

Stayed Jul 20, 2021Check in went well. The hostess was very responsive. The environment was superb. Great hospitality. Sonia, the on-site housekeeper was excellent. Our only issue was with the mosquitoes, so bring your repellent. Some attractions and markets are pretty far, so transportation can be a little expensive.
