Stayed Mar 30, 2024Having stayed at a number of beautiful and well equipped villas around the Golf Courses over the years I can truly say that this was the best. It had more than was needed and was spotlessly clean. As well as the usual things like Washing machine and Dishwasher, the kitchen had everything from pod coffee machine to a blender. Bedrooms good size and comfortable. A pool table is always a requirement for us but the Jacuzzi was a delightful bonus. The location benefitted from having a car but it's not essential. We hardly left the villa it was that comfortable and we like to be around the pool well into the evening to catch the last of the sun. On the subject of the pool, it was perfectly adequate for us but may be a little small for a larger number of guests with a few children. The communication with the owner, (Katya), was excellent and immediate from booking through to us leaving the villa and 2 unavoidable issues that we had whilst there were fully rectified within an hour or so. I marked 3 for online listing as it indicated that the pool heating was included but that seems to be an issue between VRBO and Katya on translation as close to arrival it was stated that heating would be extra. When I pointed it out to Katya she reviewed the situation and honoured our original booking and the pool heating remained included. Top marks again for Customer service from her. We would have no hesitation in going back there or to one of the other properties she has. Top holiday all round!
