Stayed Aug 13, 2025Nice place. I didn’t realize there were so many stairs as all bedrooms on second floor. It was a little Of a problem for my friend who is awaiting knee replacement surgery. Overall, good experience. Kitchen appliances could use updating as there was duck tape on microwave and fridge. Wouldn’t keep me from staying again. Surprisingly quiet for being between 2 other townhomes. Owner was kind enough to allow early check in.

Stayed May 29, 2025Conveniently located to Woolery Mill ! Had all the necessary amenities, comfortable beds, pleasant and quiet surroundings, ample parking and very dog friendly.

Stayed May 9, 2025It was an acceptable property for a busy graduation weekend. It has some wear and tear. It more or less balanced price, quality and location. Consider tightening the high table legs in the kitchen for a better experience. The flowers, crackers, cheese, wine and charcuterie were a very nice touch - thank you.

Stayed Nov 27, 2024The home was nice and clean. Easy to find and was close enough to get to IU campus. Host was available when we needed him as well.
