Luxury Seaside Villa fully staffed

This property is simply fabulous. The decor is unmatched, and the amenities are unbelievable. The staff were courteous and demonstrated excellence in all of the services they offered. The chef is exceptional and created authentic Jamaican dishes that were delicious. Our family had the time of our lives and will definitely return!

Phenomenal stay over Xmas! The beautifully manicured compound is spectacular, the house staff is superb, and the food was absolutely delicious. Ms. B. is marvelous chef who shopped for us every day and cooked up curried shrimp, Caribbean lobster, and whole variety of authentic Jamaican dishes. Terrific house manager who had local contacts throughout the island and who made our bookings and negotiated prices on our behalf. Truly relaxing vacation, lots of terrific sights to see, and many enduring memories made by everyone in our group ranging from age 8 to 80. Our highest recommendation!

This home is lovely! The staff Ami,Mrs B, Norma,Samara and Roberto were warm and professional. The food is THE best in Jamaica. We booked all adventures through O’Neill Jamaicain Excursions and this guy should be the prime minister! Timely,fun and a hometown guy who knows everything Ochi. A wonderful vacation in every way. So sad to leave :(

Aesthetically, this villa is beautiful and has a lot of potential. However, for the price paid, the experience fell below my expectations. There are several upgrades and repairs clearly needed — and I understand that improvements are in progress.During our stay, we experienced several issues: no hot water in some showers, the pool and jacuzzi required maintenance upon arrival, AC issues in the Puss House, electrical malfunctions in the Dog House, a missing bathroom door handle in the Octopus Room, non-working TVs, and a presence of ants and mosquitoes in various rooms. Also, the main kitchen/family area lacked a fan, making it uncomfortable at times.That said, the chef was absolutely amazing, and the other staff members did their best to accommodate us and make our stay enjoyable. We still managed to have a great time, but with some much-needed updates, this property could truly deliver the luxury experience it advertises.

If you are looking for an island vacation property this is definitely it. Beautiful property, pictures don’t do it justice. Host and staff were all extremely kind, hospitable and responsive to all our needs and requests. The only con was the lack of air conditioning or in the common area of the main houseAll together a lovely time, would definitely come back!

Ms.Barbara, Ms.Diane and Ricardo were absolutely amazing, and are the reason we would go back. In addition, driver Oneil was also amazing. View at property is unmatched. Few things in house were not working Jacuzzi wasn’t working at all, firepit needed some maneuvering from Ricardo for it to work, seemed like wires had to be taped down by him or something. We could not use it once he was gone in the evening. Ceiling fan in the living room was not working, and the living room doesn’t have AC. Overall the location was great, my family had a great time and the people that work at that house were amazing.

This property is aesthetically gorgeous, absolutely beautiful. There were a few issues. There was an electrical current in the pool that grabbed my daughters. We discovered this on our second day. Staff turned off the circuit breakers to the lights in the pool, but that did not stop the electricity. The electrician could not figure out how to fix the problem. That made me very suspicious about the wiring for the lights in the pool. This was an obviously serious safety concern. We didn't use it for the rest of our visit as the owner could not remedy this situation. Lots of bugs converge on the trees in the bathrooms. One shower wouldn't drain. The house was impeccably clean. It is a tropical location, so expect to see huge cockroaches in the bedrooms/bathrooms. The staff were outstanding, especially Ricardo - he provided expert assistance throughout. The head cook gave me receipts for every food purchase. The food was great. There is no table inside the house where we could sit down and eat at as a family. So be advised, bugs come to dinner with you outside. We were not allowed to secure the house when we left during the day, even though staff used an outside kitchen. No privacy during the day, always 3 to 5 staff going in and throughout the house. Not being able to use the pool for the remainder of our trip was a real downer and is unacceptable for the price we paid. Lovely property, but I'll pass next time.

Beautiful location that’s better than the pictures. Lots of areas to hang out. Staff was friendly helpful and flexible. The best we’ve worked with. We loved how quiet and peaceful the location is and felt very safe at all times. The kids loved the pool, slide and trampoline along with the fabulous snorkeling. Only negative was no beach to walk along. But that wasn’t advertised. Very memorable New Year’s Eve trip. We loved it!

Property is exactly as shown, large main house with small cottages for guests' intimacy. The infinity pool falling into the ocean is really stunning, the staff was attentive to our needs and expectations and the Chef is amazing! all meals were great. Overall a perfect stay, our only wish was to be able to stay longer...

The property is great for couples or families. The uniqueness of the rooms is a change from standard hotel rooms. The outdoor area allows for the privacy that makes you feel like your on an island by yourself. The staff was great! The chef and her team was outstanding. The housekeeper ensured that everything was tidy and clean. The maintenance guy was great with the upkeep of the property. Last but not least the property manager worked with us from the reservation until we were back home. Everyone was exceptional in their responsibilities. One con was the electric went off multiply times. The AC in one of the cottages was out all night from the outage. The should be addressed immediately.

All that i can say is WOW! I knew from reading all the positive reviews that crystal cove was the perfect place for us to stay but once we arrived it really put things into perspective. This place blew us away and if i could give it a rating of 20 i would. Lol But in all seriousness this villa was perfect. From the cleanliness to the excellent staff, the views and the food, oh boy the food was my favorite! If you are looking for the perfect place to stay with a group of friends or family i highly recommend crystal cove. It's a 10 out of 10 for sure. I want to thank Jordan and the wonderful staff for the fantastic experience. We literally did have to lift a finger for anything. I cannot wait to go back next season. Thanks for everything Julian
