Stayed Nov 20, 2025Leading up to our stay, we were told the place would be ready by 3 pm for us to arrive. At 3 pm, I get there, and the place is a mess with laundry all over the floor, beds stripped, and garbage at the door. Clearly, they did not clean the place since the last visitors. I called Jay multiple times with no response. Then, an hour later, cleaners arrive, as they were just told the place needed to be cleaned. After 3 hours, we were finally able to access the property, and Jay said he would give us a partial credit on our stay for the frustrating start to our visit. It has been over 2 weeks since we were there, and I have not received any form of refund or response from Jay. Beyond the frustrating first night, the place was a good location and reasonable amenities. Missing some kitchen items, like dishwasher detergent. Overall place was ok, but not happy with the customer service.

Stayed Mar 23, 2026Plumbing MD was in town for work on a new cottage. It was great to go back to the condo where we could relax and hang out. Place was clean and quite comfortable, we had everything we needed for cooking our own meals and prepping for the next day. Would stay there again

Stayed Jun 17, 2024Great villa exactly as described in listing. Centrally located in Gravenhurst, it was a 35-45 min drive up to Rocky Crest, Grandview and Lake Joseph for our party of 4 golfers. Comfy beds, well equipped kitchen, patio with bbq. Smart tv with basic live tv as well as some streaming. Sobeys and LCBO short 5 min drive away.....pretty much everything to keep a group of golfers happy!
