Villa 1609 and Villa La Estancia Resort

Villa La Estancia offers a secure gated community with direct beach access, luxurious pools and hot tubs, a large fitness center, spa, and multiple tennis courts. The resort also features several on-site restaurants and a small grocery market where you can conveniently stock the kitchen during your stay.

Inside the villa, you’ll find a spacious and comfortable layout designed for relaxing and entertaining. The open living and dining areas connect seamlessly to the large balcony, allowing ocean breezes and natural light to flow through the space.

Additional conveniences include in-suite laundry and housekeeping service every other day, providing practically every amenity you need for a comfortable stay.

If desired, a private driver service (up to 6 passengers) can be arranged for door-to-door airport transportation for approximately $80 USD each way, and may also be requested for other excursions during your stay.

This is a private full condominium, and guests have access to the entire 2,200 sq ft villa.

The layout includes:
• Primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom
• Second bedroom with ensuite bathroom
• Additional 3/4 bathroom off the living area
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Dining area and spacious living room
• Large ocean-view balcony connecting the living spaces

Guests also enjoy full access to Villa La Estancia’s resort amenities, including pools, hot tubs, beach access, fitness center, tennis courts, spa, and restaurants.

Sleeping Arrangements

The villa comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests, making it ideal for families or two couples traveling together.

• Primary Bedroom: King bed with ensuite bathroom
• Second Bedroom: Two queen beds with ensuite bathroom
• Additional Sleeping: Sofa bed in the second bedroom.

The second bedroom includes a pull-out sofa bed, and if additional flexibility is needed, a single cot can be arranged for the living room upon request.
