Luxury Modern Farmhouse Villa - 8BR, HotTub & Mtn Views

The house and view were outstanding! House manager and host were very attentive and responsive. House was fully stocked with surprising touches. Those looking to stay should note that the bunk room (with attached queen room) does not have entry from inside the house. Overall, this is a beautiful home for a large group that we look forward to returning too.

The house is large and has multiple gathering spaces so works well for large groups. It also has amazing views. A great place to stay if want some quiet but also want to be able to get into Ashville and nearby activities easily.

This property is even better than the pictures! We had a great stay and I would highly recommend it to EVERYONE!!!

We've rented a decent amount of really pretty rentals over the years and this one was, hands down, the best. I don't know how it's possible, but everything was even better than in the photos which is usually the opposite. Everything felt high end, clean, kept in working order and was just a beautiful place to stay and relax for a few days. Bathrooms felt current and clean which is really important to me and the beds and bedding was all surprisingly so comfortable. Communication was fast and helpful - we had absolutely zero complaints and would happily move in here if possible. :)

The house was great - roomy, well-appointed, with two fully supplied kitchens and great gathering areas. It made for a special holiday.

Wow! What an amazing house! Our family booked this house for the Thanksgiving Holiday and a trip to the nearby Biltmore. We had 20 in our party and this house was perfect for us. Two separate kitchens really helped while preparing our Thanksgiving meal and 8 bedrooms/two family rooms/two laundry rooms/deck with a hot tub/10 acres and an outdoor firepit gave us room to all spread out. I would absolutely book this house again. It was such a great experience staying in a large modern farmhouse on a mountain with exceptional views. Just a sidenote; The bunk room (7th bedroom) and additional bedroom (8th bedroom) were located around the side of the house and had a separate entrance. This was great for the highschoolers that were with us. The bunk room has 6 bed that are SUPER comfortable. The 8th bedroom is attached to the bunk room and has a bathroom located in that room. We will definitely book here again!

Very easy process. No complaints whatsoever

We stayed at this home for a family reunion with 18 adults. Brandon responded quickly to all questions and concerns during the trip. Check-in was very easy and the home was immaculate. We were so impressed by how well stocked both of the kitchens were with appliances, coffee makers, Thermador appliances, dishes and pots. The house and views are even more beautiful than the photos show. (The hot tub and three bedrooms have direct views of the mountains.) The area is remote so Uber and Lyft were not easy to get, so highly recommend having rental cars to drive to downtown Asheville. Also, this was not clear in the listing but important to know - the room with three bunk beds and one bedroom have a separate entrance and are not connected to the main house. In this level, the bathroom is located within the bedroom and so the people in the bunk beds will likely need to go to main house to use the bathroom.
