Luxury Golf Villa with Private Pool & Stunning Sunny Southern exposure all day!

Great house, perfect location!

The house was beautiful everything I expected really appreciated. His communication is kindness. Overall, my family loved it.

The House was very clean and well maintained. The communication from the homeowner and the property Manager was excellent. The location was right where we needed to be close to our relatives. The community was quiet and very nice. The kitchen had everything we thought we needed and more. Thank You for being a great host.

Everything about this home was absolutely wonderful! Very clean, spacious, and comfortable; the king primary bed was particularly comfortable. Well stocked with everything you need...kitchen and bathroom items, bath and pool towels, pool floats, games to play. The pool was fabulous! Quiet location, nice view of the golf course. I wish I would have had more time to explore the resort and amenities. This is one of the nicest VRBO homes I have stayed in, and Todd was very responsive. I highly recommend this home and hope to stay again when visiting family in the future.

Beautiful home, close enough to Disney, far enough to be calm. We really enjoyed the pool. It had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stayhete again.

Both owner and maintainer where very communicative in giving the needed information and where always available to help out if we had questions. Great house, Great pool and beautiful place to stay.

We were only here for a week, but had no complaints, it's a lovely, quiet, secure location with a pleasant outlook, yet you could still walk to a Walmart. There's a lot of nice, little touches about the place too, things the owner feels would be handy, just like packs of tissues, sun lotion etc. Well, just one issue, we played on the golf course that the villa overlooks and boy, there are a lot of bunkers ??

This was a wonderful place. Very clean and well set up. We all loved it and would highly recommend it for a golf trip or just a relaxing vacation.

We have vacationed in Haines City/Davenport area every year for the past 14 years. This was one of our favorite houses. The beds are comfortable. Pool was warm and patio was sunny with lots of seating. Our favorite part was the TV on the pool deck for night-time movies. My kids loved the short walk to stores and the tennis courts. There are lots of board games available as well. The owner and property manager are very accessible and helpful when needed. We are looking forward to returning again next year.
