Luxury Detached Villa with Sea Views & large saltwater heated pool

Villa was absolutely fabulous, had everything you could possibly need. Only negative was the hill leading up to the villa but we had read about so were prepared.

If looking for a villa holiday in Malaga look no further.

Great property and location. Extremely steep hill to climb daily so would not recommend for seniors not in shape or anyone with a disability. All doors automatically lock except one side door so be careful if you are out on balcony as sliding glass doors will lock behind you and you can get stuck. Also, could use an extra page in the well laid out binder they provided that includes operating tv as there is a Firestick but no regular tv, I.e. CNN. Property Manager could definitely be more responsive to email questions. If you heat pool (ours was heated to hot tub temperatures 97 degrees so specify temperature you want….you are paying in pounds not euros. Overall, loved the house, pool and location to grocery stores, marina, short train ride to Malaga etc..would definitely recommend for a family…we were 3 people so lots of room to roam and great welcome package provided by owners too with everything you would need until you can get to grocery store…thanks

The property was perfect for our group with each couple having their own bedroom and bathroom with an extra toilet/sink near common areas. The AC in each room was a bonus. Great outdoor spaces and the pool was such a treat! After weeks of record rainfall in the area, it had a bit of a musty smell and it was difficult to get towels to dry inside the house. I have also learned to pack washcloths and dish towels next time as they are scarce. All in all, it was a wonderful stay!

What a fabulous villa. We were a family of 8 with ages from 4 years to 61 years and we all had the most wonderful time with the pool being the biggest hit. The villa was spotless and very spacious with plenty of little seating areas. The area was very quiet and the views were spectacular. The pool was heated which was great for evening swims and when it was a wee bit cooler. Only down side is not suitable if you have mobility issues. All in all fabulous villa, definitely recommend and hopefully we’ll be back someday.

A lovely villa best suited to guests without mobility problems and definitely not for toddlers! Situated on a steep hill (which we knew about) but the surrounding area and streets are also very challenging - no way could we push a stroller round to get a two year old to sleep! Had to resort to car rides for that. Also a lot of stairs in the property which was a problem for one of the adults and we had to constantly watch the toddler. One problem that was out of our control was the noise from a large mixed party of adults who were staying at a neighbouring property. Loud music most afternoons and twice at 2 am when they returned from town. That being said we had a good time and the villa is really comfortable and well equipped. We think a coffee machine using pods would be a great idea, not fond of filter machines.... Swimming pool was well used and very clean. Mercadona down the hill is well stocked - you need a car really to get the beer up that hill! All in all a highly recommended holiday property for able bodied guests and older children.

Our stay was fabulous the accommodation was beautiful. The area was quiet so a good nights sleep was had by all. However I was charged an additional £20 for a single bed sheet and a hand towel that apparently had cab on it?? We were totally unaware of this?? but I had already had insurance with VRBO in place for any damages which I will be claiming back.

Stayed at this villa for a week, the last week of August. A family of 9 adults. We had the most amazing time. The villa was well equipped. The size of the villa was ideal with us all, we had ample space and didn’t feel we were on top of each other at any time. The bedrooms are lovely, and the lounge area is really spacious. We had everything we needed in the kitchen which was great when cooking in the villa. The pool area is amazing, we spent a lot of time out there enjoying the lovely weather. I would not recommend heating the pool in the height of summer as it was ideal to get into a cooler pool when so hot. It never got that cold. The villa is situated towards the top of a steep hill. Not an issue going down but coming up was a bit of a work-out. There is a mercadona supermarket at the bottom of the hill which had everything we needed shopping wise and a LIdl about 10 minutes walk away. They do have a shopping trolley in the villa which we found really useful, saved us carrying the shopping. Not many bars close to the villa, it was about a 15 minute walk to get the closest bars/shops. We used Uber and Bolt to get about as we didn’t hire cars. Uber and bolt were ideal, no issues at all. We spent most of our evenings in Belamadena. We had the most amazing time and would definitely recommend this villa. Thank you for a lovely family holiday.
