You`re going to love this home! You will find an amazing open floorplan with a very large and airy living room and kitchen that goes straight out to the courtyard. Recently renovated with the highest end Modern touches. The primary suite has a king size bed, large walk in closet and en suite bathroom as well as a private outdoor seating area. This home also offers two guest bedrooms, one on the main floor with a pull out queen size bed and en suite bath and a third with a queen size bed, en suite bathroom and outdoor seating area with beautiful views of Old Town Scottsdale and Camelback Mountain. This house is fully loaded with all the household items you could want to make your self right at home whether you are cooking a light meal or having a large dinner. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, pots and pans, etc. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap, linens and bath towels, are also provided. Outdoors you will find a beautiful outdoor seating area, fire pit and outdoor bar with high top seating and string lights.

Transit:
You will want a car to get around, but everything is very close and convenient. Parking is first come first serve on 1st Avenue right out front of the house just steps away from the front door. Old Town also has plenty of walk through Art Galleries, Fashion Square shopping mall is close by as well as great bars and restaurants for all to enjoy.

This home is also very close to several hiking trails. Camelback mountain is one of the top hiking trails in Arizona. Located just a few minutes away by car. Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is about 20 minutes depending on time of day and traffic.

Trash: Excess trash, that does not fit in the trash cans must be removed by guests. A $75 trash pickup service charge will be charged to guests if excess trash has not been removed. Trash cans are located to the right side of the courtyard behind the alley gate.

Guests will be provided with a custom code to gain access to the home. Code will expire after check out.

We are local to Phoenix and the surrounding area. We were both born and raised here in Arizona.

Our family business is Cadaci Vacation Rentals. We partner with a third party high technology app called DACK to enhance our guest experience.

We are probably a lot like your family. We love to get together to cook and eat, hang out and swim, hike, and travel. We love to take our dogs with us whenever possible whether it’s for a hike or a vacation.

    The property looked like we were the first ones to stay. The property was in new condition and the host was quick to respond to questions. It is situated in a great location close to lots of restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay at this property again! Very beautiful place!
