Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the villa’s bedrooms, living areas, swimming pool, and outdoor entertainment spaces throughout their stay.



The owner’s private garage remains locked and is not available to guests. The laundry area is also restricted; however, laundry service is available for an additional charge of $30 per load.



Hispaniola is a controlled-access gated community. All guests and visitors must follow the community’s security procedures, and visitors may be required to present valid identification at the entrance.

The villa is located inside Hispaniola in Sosúa, Dominican Republic. This secure residential community provides a peaceful setting while keeping guests conveniently positioned to enjoy Sosúa’s beaches, restaurants, nightlife, shopping, and other attractions along the Dominican Republic’s north coast.



Getting Around:

A rental car or private transportation is recommended for convenient travel around Sosúa and the surrounding areas. Taxis and local transportation services are also available. Guests may arrange transportation to nearby beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, nightlife, and other attractions. Please contact us if you need assistance coordinating airport transfers or local transportation.
