Luxury 6BR Ocean-View Villa Infinity Pool, Spa, Concierge & Full A/C

We had the most incredible time at Whit’s property in Uvita. Really don’t have enough good things to say about the immaculate care he take of his guests. The level of thought and preparation that goes into his local recommendations is best in class. His team including his Concierge Simone and private chef Vlad just transformed our trip. The entire team was so accomodating despite our frequent last minute planning. The food was just exceptional. All of this is to say nothing of the property which speaks for itself. Just beautiful. Finally the communication with Whit was off the charts. Not surprising given the thought he put into every element of this property…but he was accessible and responsive in a way few hosts actually are. Can’t wait to go back. Would stay here again in a heartbeat

Beautiful location, perfect for our two families together on this trip! The view and sunsets can't be beat and the pool was a welcome relief from the hot, hot sun. We had plenty of space for the nine of us to have both privacy and hangout time together. The only thing we could say is missing is an ice maker in one of the multiple wet bars -- nothing stays cold in costa rica, and a group of 9 goes through a lot of ice trying to make drinks by the pool and fill water bottles for the day trips.The app created by the owner was very helpful in planning ahead for the trip. The smaller nearby waterfall Whit recommended was perfect for our group and a big hit with the teens.We used the shuttle from the airport and highly recommend for any large groups! After the first day we switched from rental cars to using the same shuttle service for daily excursions, for virtually the same cost per family. This allowed us to all ride together and more importantly have a local navigating and making recommendations on where to go. We also enjoyed Simone's Cano Island snorkel trip and the opportunity to swim with sea turtles! She's an eagle eye for spotting wildlife along the way.Lastly, everyone should 100% book Vlad for at least a few dinners during your stay, if not all of them. The food was wonderful and very reasonably priced compared to eating out. We were all very full and happy. Make sure you request the chocolate cake and tiramisu!

Host and house were amazing. The house was very nice and clean, awesome views and whit our host was the best host of any Vrbo I have ever rented. Every thing he recommended was top notch

This is an incredible property! It is well appointed, exceptionally clean and spacious with a great location. The owner,Whit, was very friendly and accommodating. He went out of his way to make sure that we were comfortable. We were a family of 12 staying at this beautiful property and had a great time. Thank you, Whit!

We stayed in the property for over a week. 6 adults, 2 children, and one baby. Plenty of space for everyone and the view can't be beat. Owner is very communicative and thorough in the walk through process. You don't need 4x4 to get to the house, but when it's wet and rainy it makes things a lot easier.It's a bit of a haul from the road up to the actual house.Tons of activities within a 15-30 minute drive with Dominical being so close by. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well.Honestly, the best part of the trip was the support from Simone and Vlad. Simone helped coordinate the majority of the activities and lead the snorkeling excursion. She was extremely helpful and flexible and the attention to our group during the outing was outstanding. The packed food for bfast and lunch was delicious. She is very knowledgeable about the area and both Simone and her crew spent a ton of time finding all the different animals to show us. They also went out of their way to help entertain the baby when he got fussy.With so many young kids, eating out each night was a difficult endeavor. Fortunately Chef Vlad came to the rescue! The convenience of being able to come home to a delicious meal and not have to shop, cook, or clean up afterwards is what truly makes this such an amazing vacation. All of the meals were cooked and presented to perfection. Our kids enjoyed it so much that they chose to sit at the bar and watch him cook. Highly recommend!!!

Such a great place to stay in Uvita! So roomy and beautiful with a great view of the ocean! Whit was very responsive and resourceful! Loved this beautiful place!

This property is ideal if you are looking for a home with beautiful view, to relax in, and good access to many adventures within an hour. Whit was a great host, very friendly, informative, and responsive, and met us upon arrival in the rain to show this beautiful home. Our family’s favorite part of the home is the sunken couch by the pool.Simone was our amazing concierge and ensured prompt responses to questions, assisted in arranging an amazing Corcovado tour, and shared many insights on other options for exploring the area. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Communication from Whit and Simone prior to arrival was excellent, and really helped us prepare for the trip to Uvita.We also had two fantastic dinners with the personal chef, Vlad and highly recommend this experience too. In summary, everything about our stay in Uvita was great and we would highly recommend this location and property. Thank you Whit, Simone, and Vlad for the memories and we hope to return in the future!

We absolutely loved our stay at this property! The host was very communicative and helpful leading up to and throughout our stay. The beautiful home design and furnishings made for a comfortable place to spend time together and relax after a long day of playing in the sun. We loved cooking in the well stocked kitchen and eating at the dining room table that had enough seating for everyone in the group. Every bedroom has an adjoining bathroom. The kids and adults loved the hot tub and pool. The views from almost every area of the house inside and out are stunning! The location was great with easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. We can't recommend this home enough!

Our group had an excellent time! We can’t say enough about how great Whit was. He was available to answer all of our questions and had great ideas. He has a binder with everything you need to know in it. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The groundskeeper, Chef Vlad, and our tour guide Simone, were all exceptional. I will be going back to this same property and I highly recommend it!

Among premium properties in Uvita, this one stands apart. It is a unique layout with many thoughtful details included, situated on a steep slope above Uvita with views of the ocean and surrounding nature that exceed photos in beauty and grandeur. You enter the house from above with the primary living area on the upper level, and kitchen and dining area on lower level (game room is actually one level below that). Each bedroom (three up, two down) has its own bathroom, and each has its own special feature (eg, big tub, open air shower, private reading patio, direct access to hot tub patio, etc.). The kitchen is quite impressive with a true commercial-grade range and super-stocked with dishes and appliances. AC, hot water, and laundry were also top-of-the-line, making our stay very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were true to form compared to the photos and very refreshing day or night, even after a day at the beach.Whit is the host, owner, and designer of the property—an ex-pat who has made this property a passion project. He lives locally and is fully invested—he also personally oversees issues that arise on the property, even though others help with the property management. Always reachable. We came as a group of 12, including adults and children ages 8 months to 14 years. I think our younger children gave Whit some initial cause for concern. He explained everything clearly and in detail, and everything was A-OK for young kids there. Would enjoy staying again.

There is not one detail that has been overlooked. This house was more than equipped for our group of 9 ladies to have a great time in Uvita! Whit was very responsive and had excellent communication. We utilized Simone, the house concierge and also Chef Vlad to prepare amazing meals for each evening. When Mother Nature didn't go along with our plans, we still had a fabulous time hanging around the villa with our group playing games, soaking in the hot tub or just lounging & socializing. Highly recommend and we will most definitely be back!
